“Earlier this winter we had our flu jabs done at Rains pharmacy in an extremely helpful, efficient and professional manner. Only after that I realised how lucky we where when I found out that some friends and colleagues have been trying to get one at a few other places and couldn't get theirs booked in time. “I think this pharmacy is fantastic. Much better than my old one, Lloyds in sainsbury's. Usually, repeat prescriptions are ordered from GP and dispensed all on the same day, maybe next day. If you take a prescription in, they dispense within a couple of mins (assuming there is stock). The pharmacists are extremely helpful. I can't rate them highly enough.”

“I couldn’t recommend this place more. My little girl had a raging fever and a rash. I called 111 and they referred me to the surgery. I called them and after almost an hour I got cut off. I then went to Prima Pharmacy. The pharmacist was so knowledgeable and reassuring and made me feel at ease. I showed him photos that I had taken and explained that I had done the “glass test”. After spending quite some time, he said it looked like heat rash and recommended some medicine for the temperature. He then said I should call 111 again or even go to A&E if it got worse and said I could call him at any time. Turns out he was right. The fever went down and the rash cleared up. For a first time dad he was really comforting and I will now continue to use him.”

The Aunty of Willesden green has helped me so many times. Aunty is a kind lady who works in the chemist and who knows everyone in Willesden. She is always seen smiling and talking to the customers. She genuinely wants to help everyone that walks into the chemist. We are lucky to have her. The rest of the staff are also so lovely. They are very warm and make you feel at ease almost immediately.
