We were very happy with the friendly and professional staff. They were supportive and informative right from when we first made contact over the phone, and again when visiting. The reception and examination rooms were very clean. I felt our cat was very calm throughout and we left happy customers.”

When we had gone to another vet clinic privately, the vet had no idea what was causing my dog’s coughing and sent us for a £1,300 heart scan that we couldn’t afford to ‘investigate further’, with no other options offered. Here, at PDSA, the vet was very knowledgeable and told us that the dog has a healthy heart, just needed worming treatment. For £10, my dog’s coughing and choking is already gone after less than a week! I’m incredibly happy and so grateful!”

“As a woman, we were treated amazingly. This is how I want to start with. Roland, we are grateful to have met you, you will be our mechanic until you retire. After many failures with many garages, we took our car to them, they don’t promise anything unnecessary, they don’t scare you with anything; they just calmly talk about possibilities. And whatever they said before the inspection by saying “according to our experience, it’s most likely this/that” was true. We said we are cost conscious, they tried their best to accommodate us, they suggested priorities and and said some things can wait a bit more. They explained everything to us without belittling us (we were belittled a lot before, very misogynistic) and didn’t do anything without confirming with us. They finished within the time frame they promised, without going 1p above the initial quote, and they offered a courtesy check 1-2 weeks later. We are very pleased. Also, Paul from the office was very helpful, booked us very quickly.”

“The Volvo team at Croydon has been absolutely amazing—especially Hannah, who is truly an asset to the company. I booked my Volvo XC90 in for a full service and a health check. The car passed the health check, apart from an issue with the ERAD system, which I understand is a common problem. I’m hopeful that Volvo will assist with the cost of this repair. The pricing was reasonable overall. My vehicle also had a recall related to the battery, and unfortunately, it failed. Hannah promptly informed me that the battery would be replaced under the recall scheme at no cost, which was a relief. Since I rely on the car for school drop-offs and daily commuting, Hannah kindly arranged a courtesy car for me. Another impressive touch was the video link they sent, showing a detailed inspection of my car and outlining any necessary work—very professional. I will definitely continue servicing my car at this location. The team is honest, straightforward, and never pushy—just genuine people providing great service. I’m happy to recommend them. Since coming here, I’ve never looked anywhere else. I’ve always had very good, honest advice and I always get complimented on my hair and how good it looks. It keeps aswell so my hair looks good for a long time after coming. I have a good chat and a laugh with Donna, she’s got years and years of experience and I trust her whole heartedly with my hair. I got my hair cut with her earlier this year and she adapted what I asked for to go with my parting and it looked amazing.
