Everyone was very friendly and I was offered a cup of tea. Clara did an excellent blow dry - great volume and also offered to tidy up the back of my neck with the razor.”

Thanks to the owner we found the medication in another pharmacy placed in Burnt oak. He was calling the GP, trying to find alternative medication, was calling me and giving me ideas where to call, even was giving me the numbers of certain pharmacies where I can check. “I couldn’t recommend this place more. My little girl had a raging fever and a rash. I called 111 and they referred me to the surgery. I called them and after almost an hour I got cut off. I then went to Prima Pharmacy. The pharmacist was so knowledgeable and reassuring and made me feel at ease. I showed him photos that I had taken and explained that I had done the “glass test”. After spending quite some time, he said it looked like heat rash and recommended some medicine for the temperature. He then said I should call 111 again or even go to A&E if it got worse and said I could call him at any time. Turns out he was right. The fever went down and the rash cleared up. For a first time dad he was really comforting and I will now continue to use him.”
