“Top Gen in Hounslow is honestly one of the best stores for variety and customer service. Veer ji and Sunny—the owners—are amazing people who truly care about their customers. I actually worked at the store as a sales representative back in 2013, and when I visited again in 2025 from Canada, Sunny bro was still just as welcoming, friendly, and accommodating as always. The store has a huge range of products at very reasonable prices, and the atmosphere is warm and genuine. If you’re in Hounslow, you should definitely check out the variety they offer—highly recommended!”

On August 3rd, 2025, the manager and staff went above and beyond to help me find a fragrance I’d been searching for over 20 years. Even as the store was closing, the manager stayed behind to assist me patiently until they successfully located it. “This is THE Harrods of London fame with a condensed selection of the big department store. I found Montblanc ® items that are more than just great pens. I also found a Ralph Lauren ® section , Canada Goose Artic wear even in summertime August. Harrods is not complete without pink Marc de champagne truffles, sweets collections, marmalades, jams, honeys, and Christmas items. This store also offers namesake china sets. What I found most exciting was the pink Harrods bear that is now property of my grand daughter. Don't worry if something you buy has wrinkles, they have a streamer right here in the store. And you can take anything home in a Harrods bag. I selected the gold one. Accessible entry and accessible venue. Located just off Security entrance in terminal 5 one level Above flight departure gates Accessible restrooms in central airport area”

“Decent range of items. They also have changing rooms and a stock room in case they don't have your item. Items are also discounted from VAT which is nice. I was served by a friendly member of staff (Qasi) who helped me select some items. The store should be bigger given how popular it is .”

“This is a very small duty free Ted Baker. It has a range that suits my taste though. I found the prices very reasonable aswell. Jeans for 80 quid!”
