“Best authentic Somali cuisine in London. Had for dinner great tasting yummy two dishes one beef steak with spaghetti another beef sugaar with rice and spinach with a banana each plus two cans of fizzy drink all for £21.”

“I came back to Abu Zaad after 20 years and the place is as amazing as I remember it from before. The food was fantastic and the ambience great. Decor provides an authentic Middle Eastern feel. The prices are more favourable than comptetitors on the same road. Thinking that the restaurant may have rested on its laurels after all these years. I can say I was genuinely not disappointed! Would recommend to others for sure.”

“We wanted a vegan breakfast - and they do one here. It's £2.50!!! Tell me, what meal can you get served on a plate that costs £2.50??? And you know what, it was pretty good. We sat outside on the lovely garden, enjoying the sunshine. The staff are so nice and friendly, you'd think they are getting paid a lot more than min -wage. I'm not sure if they are. Leave a tip...”

“I thought i try this Chinese restaurant as I normally go to Cowley inn Chinese but it's gone down hill the food is disgusting. But New moon house was amazing food was fresh and really tasty and the lady serving was really friendly and polite. This is my new favourite Chinese restaurant I will definitely be ordering again. “the metropolitan tavern is such a friendly open arms pub. since new management has taken over, the place is flourishing, weekends are amazing and secure though out the night. the staff are brilliant and nothing is never too much. great entertainment and late bar, perfect for couples and friends.”

“Lovely new menu. I am vegetarian with a nut allergy. The menu had lots of vegetarian choices that is nut free. Service was great, We went for lunch and it was a little quiet. But a great place for lunch to have a lovely catch with friends without being disturbed. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. There is a great lunch time menu, as well as a set menu and a full dinner menu”

“Food was delicious. Me and my siblings went on Saturday evening to break our fast there and the staff were amazing. They gave us dates/ fresh orange juice and spring rolls! On top of that the food was delicious! Steaks were tender and juicy! Definitely enjoyed the food but also the atmosphere was really good! Definitely recommend you go here! Hats off to the staff for being super kind and helpful!”

“Room was large with a great bed, lots of different pillow types and sleep quality was excellent, rooms were also quiet. TV, wifi was perfect, lots of charge points including a EU socket. I liked the large window with roller blinds too. Breakfast had a very good range of products, self service or you could order specifically cooked eggs. Some food options nearby or their Zoom restaurant is available as was room service.. Most of all it's the first hotel I've been in where they had recycling bins in the room. A great stay, and staff were very good too.. oh and the rooms have fridges too!!!”

“This place is amazing if you call them you will have a lovely gentleman greet you, we have ordered multiple times from them and every time is perfect. Order through the website and they will take care of you. My favourite is the Tandoori mixed grill to die for make sure you get some sauce though. We paid about £60 for the 4 of us.”

“As surprised as I am, I have to give 5 stars! It was a great stay, considering it is a 3 star, budget hotel. Rooms were very clean, a bit tired but spotless. The carpet must have been laid out recently because it was still fluffy and soft. I loved the idea of open space underneath the bed as you can easily hoover under and there is no old dust lingering there. There was no musty smell in the rooms and the corridors smelled of fresh cleaning procucts. Our daughter praised the comfort of the kids bed (no springs digging in her body). The food was good, both dinner and breakfast, small buffet but sufficient enough for warm and cold options. I forgot to mention the welcome card on our desk and 2 christmas colouring cards for our daughter which is some serious 5 star hotel add on :) It wasn't perfect but it was surprisingly quiet for a full capacity and we enjoyed our stay throughoutly.”

“I've never visited but I have bought from this takeaway many times and didn't review them. So I just wanted to say that I love their food. Even my highly picky Chinese mother loves the beef ho fun from here. She never eats from Chinese takeaways or outside London. For a start it's amazing to find Ho fun anywhere locally. Anyone who has the faintest idea would see you're up there. Keep up the good work guys”
