“Studio flats are very nice, clean and compact. Parking is available. Concierge is available 7 AM to 6 PM. There are no windows in the flats. Central air ventilation. Flats have air conditioning so during summers you can reduce the room temperature. Problems are: No direct sunlight inside. Drying clothes is a issue. Quality food (general store) for food and vegetables available right opposite to the site. Tesco is available 24x7 at the 1 min walking distance. High street right in the corner. Bus stops available right outside the apartment. Overall good for family of 3 or living alone. Rent may vary from £950 to £1200. Max size of the studio is around 450. Council is 120. For wifi broadband only Hyperoptic works inside building. Hi”

“Decent range of items. They also have changing rooms and a stock room in case they don't have your item. Items are also discounted from VAT which is nice. I was served by a friendly member of staff (Qasi) who helped me select some items. The store should be bigger given how popular it is .”

“Kinda surprised by the other reviews regarding staff. We were helped by Joycy, and she was super helpful and very pleasant. Also, we ended up losing our receipt to get reimbursement for lost bags. I was able to call and spoke with Sharada, and she took the time to immediately look up our receipt and email me a copy not even 5 minutes later. She really saved our button on that one. Thanks, Sharada! Inventory was a bit limited, and prices were a bit high. But, that is to be expected at an airport location. Overall, I was happy with the experience.”

On August 3rd, 2025, the manager and staff went above and beyond to help me find a fragrance I’d been searching for over 20 years. It had been discontinued, but the amazing team didn’t stop there — they personally called around other stores across the UK to track it down. Even as the store was closing, the manager stayed behind to assist me patiently until they successfully located it. They even secured five gift sets for me before the stock was sent back to head office. Their kindness meant so much — it turned my birthday week into something truly special. As someone with ADHD, I really appreciate the patience, effort, and understanding they showed throughout the process. Their dedication and empathy went far beyond what I expected. “This is THE Harrods of London fame with a condensed selection of the big department store. I found Montblanc ® items that are more than just great pens. I also found a Ralph Lauren ® section , Canada Goose Artic wear even in summertime August. Harrods is not complete without pink Marc de champagne truffles, sweets collections, marmalades, jams, honeys, and Christmas items. This store also offers namesake china sets. What I found most exciting was the pink Harrods bear that is now property of my grand daughter. Don't worry if something you buy has wrinkles, they have a streamer right here in the store. And you can take anything home in a Harrods bag. I selected the gold one. Accessible entry and accessible venue. Located just off Security entrance in terminal 5 one level Above flight departure gates Accessible restrooms in central airport area”

“Superbly delicious pizza! On the contrary, staff behaviour is rude & unprofessional… they have a huge dine-in space, but take-out is recommend because of the unwelcoming and hostile atmosphere inside. Food is great though!”

“We arrived around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday August 21 and left Sunday morning (August 24) to attend the international convention of Jehovah's Witnesses at Twickenham Stadium. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and were immediately put at ease by the friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Bed linen and towels were clean every day of our 3-day stay. There was a fridge in our room, which was a thoughtful and unexpected additional facility which made our stay all the more manageable. TV and Wi-Fi were also available (although not widely necessary in the circumstances). Staff encouraged us to help ourselves to all of the available cereals, fruit, tea, coffee, etc. and were prepared to cook breakfast to enable a prompt start to your day. Our wedding anniversary was on the Friday and was enhanced in no small part by the kindness of all at the Heathrow Palace. Thank you guys!”
