“Don't no why they're rated so low, they absolutely don't deserve it! I've been with them since my daughter was born 6 years ago I now have a son registered with them too and they've never failed me or my kids, the nurses, Drs and reception staff are all a credit to the surgery and I'm forever greatful!”

“I have used the online econsult on many occasions and I have even gone in for an in person visit to the GP. - Every GP I interact with is super professional and nice - All the GPs always answer my follow up questions whether it’s on the phone or in person they never rush you!! - This feels like a private clinic the quality of service is of that level - They are very responsive online and immediately do their best to call you back after the econsult / a real modern surgery which has digitised and make use of online apps and facilities No wonder the CQC rates them good For an NHS surgery this is pretty good - as with all surgeries you need to be sharp and submit your concerns at 8am the earlier the better. They also have an in house nurse that can carry out tests ecgs and blood tests. For local GP NHS practice this is good! Not excellent but good. special thanks to Dr Susruthan also Dr Rigg and Dr Alex all brilliant!!”

“I joined Owen's Dental Practice after a home move to London a few years ago. So far I have been extremely happy with the care I've received - from my routine check ups and hygiene, to their handling of my Bridge which had been previously fitted outside of London, and has had a history of falling out. The practice team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my replacement Bridge, and I'm pleased to say since it was fitted I've had absolutely no problems with it, and it looks so much better. I was also extremely impressed following a series of repeated wisdom tooth infections by how the Dentists handled my tooth extraction. They took time and care to explain the treatment options to me, and put me at ease during the procedure itself. The Manager at the practice is always so helpful in finding ways to help me fit in around my schedule, and even finding ways to fit me in for the short-notice extraction - this is a fantastic practice, where patient care really feels like a priority to them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.”

“My experience has been really great since joining the Central Uxbridge Surgery. The doctors and the team have been so helpful. Christina, in particular, has been such a friendly face and has always been so welcoming and easy to talk to. She has always listened and taken on any concerns or queries I have had and has always tried her best to find a resolve. She’s a gem and a real asset to the team! Dr. A Abas has been an incredible GP, he was the first doctor I had seen since joining the surgery and his calm, polite and warm nature really helped me feel at ease. He was also very thorough and proactive in his assistance to getting my medical issues checked and diagnosed. He was great at explaining all the information and was very friendly and helpful.”

“Came here for breast tissue removal surgery under Dr Ghosh. Excellent care by both room staff and theatre team. Friendly, professional and very caring - not to mention the food choice was vast and tastes way better than your standard “hospital” food!”

Arch Dental then followed up speedily and arranged for Sangi to prep and fit a crown extremely promptly. “This is an excellent dentist! I brought mum here as an emergency appointment. After calling numerous dentist and being told there is a long waiting list, I called Hillside who were able to book us in with an appointment the following week. During every appointment, Dr Ahmad and Farinaz were both accommodating to my mum! Dr Farinaz spent time explaining to my mum about dental hygiene and ways to reduce her pain, incredibly supportive! Dr Farinaz also added the personal touch by remembering me and my mum during appointments and having 1-1 conversations with her! As my mum is not fluent in English, I was able to attend all appointments with my mum and appointments were scheduled to accommodate my work schedule!! 10/10 would recommend, so glad I found Hillside!”

“Been coming to Queens Avenue and then merged practice with Rutland House for 30 + years. It gets better and better -always quick responses and same day appointments when requested. All Doctors listen and helpful -but the hidden star is the practice nurse, Barbara, who is cheerful, encouraging, translates medical speak into English and makes any visit/ jab etc a pleasure. Don`t let her retire !!”

“I have been with this surgery for many years. They haven’t always got it right BUT, they have listened to their patients suggestions and changed things. The appointment service is outstanding, if you ring at 8am or 2pm you can get a same day appointment. The doctors are outstanding, go above and beyond to see or contact their patients. I am an exceptionally nervous patient - petrified of the dentist -yet Dr Banerji put me at ease , explaining and carefully guiding me through the treatment in an honest and transparent way ; such that my nervousness and trepidation has decreased substantially as I know I am in safe hands . “I'm not a huge fan of dentists, but I think this dentist is good. I have never had a negative experience in 10+ years of being a patient there. The only drawback is that with there only being one dentist, there will be times when you just can't get an appointment. ps I was surprised to see 1* reviews. One of the 1* reviews seems implausible - the dentist, whilst testing for numbness, made cuts so bad in the gum that stitches were needed. Smells a bit fishy to me.”
