“Regularly going twice a year for sewing retreats or courses I really enjoy my stays but it’s the staff who make the difference. Stella on reception was delightful and really friendly to everyone but this last visit Aylesha who was managing the bar on Saturday deserves a shout out. She works hard in a very demanding area of the hotel but still found time to accommodate our request to find a remote and access a programme for us. The kitchen staff work hard and probably don’t get the praise they deserve so well done to them my only thoughts are the chef could review the combinations of food on offer some of them are are abit odd to my tastes. I enjoy an early visit to the leisure facilities but please can someone put the remote back in the gym. I look forward to our November visit Well done to all the staff”

“Great food, Great service. Well maintained and hygienic restaurant. Well cleaned and social distanced seating. The staff attitude is great.They are courteous and helpful. We ordered pork rib, soup, noodles and Sizzlers. All were great and reflected authentic Chinese taste. Overall had a happy experience.”

“Amazing 1st visit as we Walked thru the door the gentlemen was so friendly. Very good welcoming to a eaater monday after a pilates class. Really cheered us up and made such a diff to our morning. Beautiful soul he was pls thank him. Was about 1130am. He even drew a lovely smile on my cup.”

“Cosy. Clean. Good location and view. Not noisy as much as others. Outside seating. Lots of electricity sockets for laptop holders. Easy to park in front of Double Tree hotel (2 time slots restricted). I like it.”

“Fantastic hotel for a Heathrow Airport family drop off! Only 10 mins from airport, great room, comfy beds, friendly staff and a 24 hour bar. Room was a great price too. I highly recommend this hotel as we had a trouble free stay and will surely book again.”

“I went to this amazing cafe with my elderly mother, the food was tasty and very reasonably priced and the staff were so attentive and helpful to my mum. Even explaining the menu to her as she can get quite confused. I will definitely be coming back to this gem of a place.”

“Always a Reliable Choice. We've been using this Chinese Takeaway for many years and never had a disappointing meal. Quick & accurate on the phone, pleasant service and food ready in about 20 minutes; Always fresh, hot and good. Portion sizes are large and prices seem fine to me. I can strongly recommend this place, call them up when passing Rayners Lane on the Met and your dinner is ready for collection as you pass the shop.”

“Best vegetarian/vegan place in the area as other places you'll pay loads more and this is really good food for an all you can eat buffet fully vegetarian/vegan just around the corner from Shepard's Bush station. Great value for what ofcourse not the best quality food but is still very nice for what you pay. Cheap and cheerful no frills. It's cash only but there is a free ATM just 1 minute walk down the street.”

“I booked this hotel for one week, and I was especially impressed with the receptionist, Nadia, who was so friendly and kind. However, when my key didn’t work, one of the ladies, who is a supervisor, didn’t help me and told me to wait until the reception people arrive. I waited more than 15 minutes. It was not a great experience, but after that, Nadia helped me so much and let me into my room. The hotel's location is great, and the reception staff are very kind and lovely.”

“I decided to pop down to Bam Bam and give the donner's a try. I ordered the tandoori chicken donner and spicy donner and we weren't disappointed. Both donner's were tasty, full of flavour, saucy and the spice level was just perfect. The meat comes on a bed of French fries and gives it that crunch. The staff are friendly, portion were decent and reasonably priced. The food is a household favourite and we'll be back really soon.”

“Best place to stay! We stayed there for a few days and the service was amazing, better than a lot of hotels I've been to. Although it was evening, as soon as I called they picked up in a matter of seconds! The rooms are luxurious and definitely worth the price with great facilities such as a kettle microwave,iron and iron board!”

“My order from Halal Chinese Restaurant was absolutely fantastic! I placed my order on Uber Eats for collection and I'm so glad I did. The service was incredibly quick—my food was ready within 15-20 minutes. A quick note on delivery: if you live in the Uxbridge area, I've heard from friends (like mine at Brunel University) that food deliveries can take extremely long, and I've seen the bad reviews to prove it. I don't understand why, but based on that, I'd highly recommend collection instead. It was seamless! I went in to collect my order and was impressed to find the shop was very clean and maintained good standards. The food itself was incredibly tasty and the portion sizes were great. I was even given some complimentary crackers and a double portion of the Aromatic Duck Spring Rolls, which was a lovely surprise! I was so hungry I didn't even take a picture of the food. I just said a quick prayer and went straight in for the kill... and it was bloody delicious! Every single item was perfect: · The Fried Noodles with Shredded Chicken and the Fried Noodles with King Prawns were both absolutely delicious and the noodles were lovely and light. · The Sweet and Sour Chicken Hong Kong Style was perfect. · To top it all off, I even got an amazing fortune cookie! All round a FANTASTIC experience, and I love that it's Halal Chinese food. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you”

“A cute hotel with wonderful, friendly customer service at the front desk. The room is compact, as would be expected at this great price range. There are good options for connecting with bus routes from this location.”

“Chinese food, Halal, Good portion AND well priced. Not expensive - menu will be added by me. Go for the meal box for value for money. Clean, Quiet, good for takeaway - well packed. What more do you want lol Try it. Bargain for money.”

“I have a monthly subscription for 10 boxes and I am absolutely over the moon at the quality and taste of the coffee and the amazing machine I got for only £1 I recently had an issue that had nothing to do with Lavazza but the couriers they used and I am blown away by the amazing service I have recieved from Ryan on the Customer Care Team who has dealt with the problem to a very high standard. I can honestly recommend Lavazza Eco Pod coffees because they are fully recyclable, the coffee is delicious and the customer service 2nd to none. Give the subscription a try and I know you won't be disappointed and once again many thanks to Ryan for providing customer service to the highest standards.”
