“OMG!! We had the best Lego themed party for 7 years old. Luke deserves more than 5 stars… excellent communication, arrived early,very flexible, and super energetic. The kids were tired (in a good way) in the first hour with lots of active games outside, but also enjoyed creating Lego objects and sharing their ideas to friends. No wonder why Lucas gets outstanding feedbacks!! I would choose Brilliant birthdays again, their responses were very friendly and prompt. Thank you so much”

“Very stylish hotel in central location with top transport links. Rooms are quiet and beds are great. Lots of Amenities , pool and spa are icing on the cake. Service is top. Only two small things to fault during our stay - the Aircon seems to reset when u leave the room and was always cold on return , had to turn temperature back up and we had a lovely view but very dirty widows. Go and find the hidden lovely hotel bar around a corner”

“Another absolute hidden gem in south East London. We just stopped here for a quick coffee and it was so good, the espresso is really easy drinking and BIG, if you want a decent sized espresso this is the place to go! Also the guy making the coffee of potentially the nicest man in all SE London coffee places, he's so friendly. We'll definitely be back here for drinks, snacks and music another time.”

“We had the most amazing evening at KB02! Huge thanks to Emma for organising everything so smoothly and to Daniel the DJ who absolutely nailed the music. My family (and I!) can be a bit demanding with song requests, but Daniel was endlessly patient and kept the dancefloor buzzing all night. Emma was an outstanding host – organised, helpful, and super friendly. The venue itself has something for everyone – soft play, arcades, dancefloor, and a photo booth. Just brilliant. I’d recommend KB02 again and again. Thank you for an epic night!”

“Went there for my wife's birthday dinner and we were so happy with tasty food and excellent service. Drinks from the bar took a while to prepare so eventually we ordered different drinks but other than that everything went well. Happy wife and kids.”

“Traditional Italian restaurant serving dishes as you would expect but also traditional street food from the region of Puglia. Service and staff were outstanding. The restaurant decor is stylish modern but a relaxing chiled out ambiance, especially in the evening when the lights are dim. There is 2 dinning areas the main area for parties of 4 or more then a side "hut" for parties of 2. This is better if you want an intimate less distracting meal with a friend or partner but can get cold in winter I assume due to the blankets that are available. The menus is made up of 4 main categories. Bites or starters which are small dishes. Shared plates you get a little more and order a few if you are not having a main dish. Bombetta - traditional Italian cured meats with cheese. Grills - main dishes. Everything on the menu was delicious without exception! The wine list is good but this can add up quickly to your total bill so have a drink before hand if you are feeling thirsty! All in all this is a hidden gem in the area and we'll worth a visit. I'll definitely come back to try other items on the menus as it all looked and tasted delicious!”

“As the hotel is connected directly to terminal 5 . It makes it easy to do the night before check in, buy any last minute essentials landside, or even have a meal or drink. The room was quiet and comfortable. I had checked in on line so a very quick wait upon arrival for our key, and we were relaxing in our room. Beds comfortable, bathroom a good size. We didn't book breakfast as our flight was at 8am and we didn't want to rush. We grabbed a quick coffee and croissant at the gate, before boarding . Service is quiet and understated, but always consistent. For ease and convenience we would always recommend a stay here.”

“I visited Eagle London recently after more than 15 years—and wow, what a great experience! It’s still such a cool, iconic venue, and I feel lucky that places like this are still around. In a time when LGBTQ+ spaces are disappearing, Eagle is more important than ever. It’s the perfect mix of cool nostalgia, good ol’ flirting, and fresh, welcoming vibes. The crowd was fun, the energy was great, and the whole night just had that special something that’s hard to find elsewhere. So glad I came back—and I’ll definitely be back again soon!”

“Excellent hotel. Not far from restaurants. The staff were very kind and helpful. Nothing too much trouble for them. There are a few steps up to the hotel. I have a mobility scooter, to bring indoors. There was an accessible lift round the back and was helped in and out of the hotel. The restaurant food was wow good. Plenty of choice for breakfast and good quality.”

“This was the best Italian food I've ever had. The bread was so soft and savory, the cheese was so nutty and flavorful, and the olives were the best olives I've ever had, taste and texture. And that's just the Starters! The stuffed pasta was incredible and the fish tasted amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful accommodating our 10 month old with a personal chair and extra care. He loved the mushroom soup! Incredible experience overall. A bit on the very expensive side.”

Do note that laundry charges incur an additional 20% VAT on top of the listed prices. Also, if it’s raining, be prepared to navigate a few puddles on the short walk to Ealing Broadway.”

We decided on a taco sharing platter, nachos, buttermilk chicken and bravas for four of us and was perfect, we even had some leftovers. Everything was really tasty. “We were arranged by the British Airways as our flight was delayed. We arrived at check in counter at about 6:00 pm, all the check in process is smooth and efficient, the staff is nice to gave us the meals coupons and recommended us to take the right time shuttle bus to airport in order to catch the flight tomorrow morning. The hotel renovation is fair, the decoration hanging on the wall of the corridor is unique. The room is clean and spacious, bed & the quilting is comfy, environment is quiet. There have fridge, kettle & the shower have great water pressure, the only thing I concern is the hair dryer is so poor. The experience over all for us is very good and we will recommend this hotel to my friends.”

“Amazing food, really lovely and clean restaurant too. Customer service was on point! The gentleman that served us, really did take care of us, from advising us on what sauces he would recommend for different dishes to our preference in the music that was playing at the time! I saw this place a while back as I was working directly across the road from there, and I really do regret not checking it out at the time. I was a very comfortable experience visiting the place, and it was a good choice for us that day as my cousin visited us from Bristol! I would definitely recommend this place and will be visiting more often!”
