They use Leicht kitchens, which are absolutely stunning — top quality and fully bespoke to your space. There’s also a huge range of worktops and appliances to choose from, so it really feels tailored to you. Matt’s design was brilliant. He made the most of the space and adapted the plan seamlessly to fit with the building work, including new windows and doors. The installation was on time, done to perfection and any small follow-up bits were sorted quickly and efficiently. I spoke to a few other local suppliers before deciding but it was the quality and level of service that drew me to Richmond Kitchens and they completely delivered.”

From the moment I arrived, she created a space that felt calm, kind, and completely attuned to me. She explained things clearly, without overwhelm, and made it easy for me to ask questions and feel at ease just being myself. That kind of intuitive empathy is rare. What really stood out, though, is her expertise. She’s not just skilled - she’s deeply knowledgeable, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about her craft. We talked through their new colour system (Yuv) and how to achieve a look that would be both long-lasting and flattering as it grows out. Her recommendations were spot on, and the result is both effortless and elevated - subtle highlights with face-framing that really lifts the whole look. He took his time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was completely happy with the cut before finishing up. “My Daughter had an engine management light appear on Thursday evening returning from work to Richmond along the M4. On Friday morning she phone WTS and she was told to bring the car in and they'd have a look. By lunchtime the fault had been identified and it was fixed by 3pm . This garage provides excellent service and treat their customers very fairly. Highly recommended.”

We ordered starters and a main course and all really enjoyed our meals. the restaurant was clean, well decorated and had gentle music playing in the background which provided a very nice atmosphere. “I would just like to share an exceptional experience that I had at Reiss Richmond. The service I received a couple of days ago with the manager Paulina was outstanding. I only came in to pass some time as my wife was having her hair done and ended up leaving with 2 bags full of lovely items. There was no pressure put on me just honest and comfortable conversation regarding the garments. Her knowledge is second to none and service was attentive to detail. Not at any point was I made to feel rushed or a burden. Would highly recommend anyone looking for clothing to go there and ask for her to get the same experience. “We had a first class experience with Jethin as soon as we arrived at the showroom. He listened carefully to our requirements, did not try and hard sell anything and guided us through our purchase. Within one hour we had secured a really good deal, and within 2 weeks we were able to collect our car. On collection day, the receptionist showed us to the comfortable seating area and encouraged us to use the coffee/tea machine whilst we waited. Jethin took the time to show us the set up in the car and patiently answered our questions. His communication throughout was excellent and would highly recommend visiting him and the showroom.”

“I first discovered Fig when I stumbled upon their shop in Kingston in Dec 2016. I always regretted not buying the beautiful cashmere wrap I had my eye on because it then sold out. I bought another in a different colour, which was (still is!) wonderful, but always wanted the other one! When in the store the assistant explained the company’s ethos and ethical approach, which impressed me and made me want to buy from them. I’ve now purchased no fewer than 4 items, a mixture of in store and online purchases, and have always been impressed with the range, quality, pricing and excellent customer service.
