“Exceptional quality and service! From the moment I walked into Richmond Kitchens, the whole experience was a pleasure. The end result is a beautiful kitchen that’s genuinely beyond what I expected. They use Leicht kitchens, which are absolutely stunning — top quality and fully bespoke to your space. There’s also a huge range of worktops and appliances to choose from, so it really feels tailored to you. Matt’s design was brilliant. He made the most of the space and adapted the plan seamlessly to fit with the building work, including new windows and doors. The installation was on time, done to perfection and any small follow-up bits were sorted quickly and efficiently. I spoke to a few other local suppliers before deciding but it was the quality and level of service that drew me to Richmond Kitchens and they completely delivered.”

“I went to Giggling Squid – Kingston upon Thames for my birthday. It wasn’t busy as it was a weekday, and I absolutely loved it! The staff were so polite, friendly, and professional. The atmosphere was calm with beautiful décor — lovely colours, chandeliers, and paintings. Everything was very clean and stylish, including the toilets. The seafood dishes were delicious, and although I had the lamb shank which wasn’t my favourite, it was still tasty. Perfect place for nice birthday photos and a great dining experience!”

“Very nice Thai food in a slightly quieter street in Kingston. We were the first people in on a Saturday evening, so the service was very prompt and friendly. We ordered Pad Thai, Grilled Chicken and plain Jasmine Rice — along with a Tiger Lager and some Jasmine Tea. Pad Thai was very nice, with not much spice, and they did give you the option to add heat with chilli flakes which were on the side of the plate. The grilled chicken had lovely flavour with nice crispy bits of skin, but the salad was fairly spicy. Definitely recommend if you're into Thai or other Asian cuisines.”

“Unusually small queues here. It's my favourite one to go to for that reason. Also with a handful of other building suppliers in the same forecourt it's very handy. Great little bakery just around the corner for a cheeky sausage roll in the mornings too.”

Would strongly recommend them for anyone feeling nervous about going to the dentist as they help you to feel comfortable and explain the procedures and reasoning behind it as they go. “For me, one of the reasons that retail is fading is due to retailers neglecting the user / customer experience. Prestigious retailers, Harrods, Selfridges etc., get this right. There's also a huge focus on UX / UI on-line, but not often in retail. My experience today was different. Greated really well by the staff, and taken care of brilliantly by Jem. “I am so glad Me and Mrs Andrew in during the 1st lockdown last year met Kim and Vix from Kingston Branch. They were waiting for their booked in customers but they managed look over our plans and in those 10 minutes gave us our perfect ensuite! From start to finish they were full of great ideas and guided us through the whole process. All I can say to those customers who didn’t show up – your loss was our gain!”

“Dr Ghoncheh Roustazad at Brightsmile has changed not only smile but my whole life , I have been visiting Brightsmile for a number of years having various work and check ups done but I had a broken front tooth which had been repaired many years ago but had since broken and was so awful to look at I hardly ever smiled and had no confidence in my appearance, we set up a plan to repair the tooth and other problems and I was in the chair for 2 hours straight, when the work was done I hesitantly turned the mirror round to see the results and I immediately broke down with emotion I had a smile again !!! After so many years I was trembling with excitement and Dr Roustazad and her colleague were so pleased after all their amazing work. I travel 40 miles from my home to use this practice they are the best and I have nothing but huge praise to them for their work . Thank you so so much .”

“We are sushi lovers and always looking for a great sushi places. This place is very local for us, so we decided to give it a try. As we understood place opened recently, food quality is amazing, lots of ingredient and everything is super fresh! As started we took aubergine (on the photo), just delicious and then we went for rolls only, 4 in total and I cannot tell which one was better, all amazing. Guys, please don’t get worse with the time. Please keep the same food quality. Can’t recommend this place enough and looking forward to come back.. tomorrow ;)”
