“Absolutely wonderful service from Dog in Black for a number of years now. My Labrador Ted has been walked by them 3-4 times a week for at the last two-three years. The carers over that time have always been fantastic, very communicative and clearly experienced and dog lovers in general. For anyone interested in more of the details, for the standing arrangements where your pup is walked 3-4 times a week on similar/the same days they aim to have the same carer do all of their walks. Its a great setup which means that my dog builds a great relationship/bond with the walkers. Special shoutout to Becky, Alana, Louise and Madika who have all at various times been Teds primary walker and have always done an amazing job. They send you lovely updates after the walk every day, and when you're having a bad day in the office its always nice to get a few pictures/videos of your dog out there living his best life. They have always been very flexible and quick to respond on the administrative side and I really have nothing but good things to say about them. Thanks to all of the team and I look forward to many more years of one seriously happy and tired Labrador when I get in from the office.”

Colleen and her team dispelled that myth, and got to clean her ears from wax and hair, which other groomers could not as she fully resisted! No more mites! “Wonderful grooming experience for my mini schnauzer, who had had a very distressing grooming experience prior to this which resulted in her getting stress colitis and having to have a course of antibiotics. This was the first time that she had been cut with a very sympathetic 'schnauzer 'cut. The groomer is very respectful of what the owner wants for their dog and in the care of the dog. I would highly recommend The Pet Club.”

“I was recommended by a friend about this Vets. My pet cat passed and I brought her in to be cremated. I met a lovely lady at the front desk and before I could say anything I bust into tears. The lovely lady who was the vet took me to a room and explained the reason as to why my cat passed. She was so lovely and really listened to what I had to say and really looked after me. However they treat everyone here equally and keep you updated as the earlier appointments do run over. Card payment is accepted here I wasn't sure about cash tho. Big waiting area so no issues there.
