The (dream) team: - Joanna was very kind since the beginning; - Chef Patron Sebastian Rast and his team made a great job in kitchen. Very quiet and effective. Absolutely masters! The food: I totally destroyed the wrong concept about gourmet food (gourmet is tasteless or/and not fulfilling). Every single dish was an explosion of flavours. Absolutely stunning! The ambience: Loved the decoration in tones of black and brown and somehow shady and minimalist. I can’t recommend this place enough! Price vs quality outstanding! Congratulations!”

“Cafe run by charity Mencap - fantastic initiative to give people with learning disabilities the chance to learn skills in catering, customer services and hospitality. I have never eaten there but just had a quick coffee / kids snacks - it doesn't feel that warm and cosy to me, so I've never been tempted to linger too long. My suggestion would be to remove the PCs and introduce some sofas and perhaps some toys or games. Not sure how feasible that would be!”

Room very clean and comfortable bed, love the fairy showers, smoothing and soft. Breakfast deal it’s amazing, a little morning buffet where we can find a bit all you can eat. “I booked the private room upstairs for my 30th birthday and had an amazing time. For starters the minimum spend was so reasonable compared to other pubs in London, making it far more affordable. The pub were super accommodating of all my requests in the lead up the event. The Head Chef Franc was amazing at helping me create a suitable menu for my guests and helped with lots of my back and forth emailing. Finally the staff were amazing on the day, so accommodating and made my day super special! Everyone still components the food- which was top quality! Would highly recommend for a private event.”

Breakfast was good but as it wasn't busy it was sat under the heaters waiting so didn't feel as fresh as it could have. Bus stop outside or a 10 min walk to the Tube. “Absolutely lovely hospitality and service. From the food to the gentleman behind the order. Everything was tip top. Delicious Turkish cuisine for a very very reasonable price. It's one of those restaurants where you think "what should I order next time", not "will I order next time". Food was very homely and delivery was really quick. Most local restaurants I will always have a little issue as something might be missing or not cooked right. This has been the only place in a very long time where everything was delicately checked, cooked and prepped to an exceptional standard. If I could I would give this place 10* Very impressed.”
