“I stayed here during the Women's Rugby World Cup (Sept 2025) as my usual hotel was full. I was unsure at first having not stayed here before though being familiar as I've had lunch a few times prior to being Warner. The room was clean, fresh and well appointed. Everything you need and with a superb view of the river. Any noise from the nearby road or Heathrow dims intonrhe background when windows are closed. The food at both dinner and breakfast is superb either in the Market Kitchen (buffet style) or Brasserie (served). I'd recommend trying both. Range of options are available and all dietary needs can (and will) be accommodated. Each evening, there is live entertainment provided. For us it was sounds of the 80s and then Billy Black Band. Absolutely superb with at seat service of drinks available. The gym, pool and spa are spot on whether you want a light pleasure pampering or fitness. I was very impressed. The staff cannot do enough to help, always carry a smile, and clearly know what they are doing. The easiest analogy I can make is it's a cruise ship on land. And a bloomin good one. This wasn't a planned stay but I will definitely be back. Very impressed.”

“We had such a lovely time at Woodlands Park Hotel. Before we arrived Aysha from reception called me to ensure everything would run smoothly. She ensured we had adjoining rooms and was so welcoming when we arrived. The excellent service continued at dinner and also breakfast. Portions were amazing and honestly could not fault anything. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and we would definitely recommend. Thank you to all the staff who were extremely attentive.”

“Myself, best friend and my son stayed here a couple of week's ago for 3 day's to visit Lego Land and it states they're 400 meters from Lego land but it's about an hours walk and I wouldn't of booked if I'd of known this but thankfully I didn't as it's the best little spot ever, absolutely amazing staff especially Penny and Clare, the rooms are immaculate, tasty food and a lovely beer garden. I can't recommend highly enough.”

“My family and I dined at the Kings Arms Hotel on 16.9.23. From the start, staff are warm, welcoming and accommodating. They got us seated immediately and brought over extra chairs as we required them. The impeccable service continued throughout, including inquiring how our meal was regularly and providing colouring pencils and sheets for the children with us. The food was standard but presented very well and all of it arrived at the same time, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we so enjoyed our visit. We would recommend this restaurant and its brilliant service to others.”

“Absolutely amazing, the hotel is in a quaint location, the room was big enough to move around in so wasn't like a hamster den. The bed was very comfy and the whole place really nicely represented. Breakfast in the morning was lush, again fantastic presentation. Really loved this little place.”

“We were walking the Thames path and stayed in this hotel when we visited Windsor. The service was excellent. The gentleman who served us in the restaurant was the standout experience during our stay. The breakfast was excellent and the location perfect. The bed was very comfortable, the shower powerful and the room was clean. If I have any criticism, it’s that the decor is looking tired and in need of some improvement. That said I gladly stay at thd hotel again.”

“Come here for the afternoon tea and beautiful dining area. Open and bright with an extemely welcoming and friendly staff. We absolutely loved the layers of delicious treats. We shared a traditional and a kids one. Clotted cream and jam on a hot scone is amazing. We kept saying "this is totally my jam". Would love to come back to try a savory breakfast.”

“Gorgeous buffet style restaurant, but not your average buffet! There is so much choice of starters, soup, pasta sltation, noodles station, mains buffet with 3 or 4 coices including fish and vege options. The dessert table is to die for though, wear elasticated waist!! Have a stroll along the Thames after dinner to get your digestion working! Rexommend for fussy eaters and special occassions. Book well in advance!”

“Hidden gem - especially if you’re a vegan!! They have an entire (huge!) vegan menu with Incredible meat alternative options, everything from ribs and starter platters, to crispy chilli ‘beef’. So flavourful and amazing portion sizes!”

“It's got great character and the rooms are very warm, welcoming and cosy. (Trendy Even). Food was great and there is also and outside area with a wood burner. It was one of those places you felt lucky to have dropped on. Reminded me that hotels stars dont always give a true picture of where your staying”

“Stayed 1 night following an in house party. We had asked for a twin room and were assured our allocated room was a twin. It wasn't but as we were only staying 1 night didn't want to make a fuss. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is modern, well decorated and modern. The rooms are well appointed with hair dryer and safe available. Breakfast was lovely with variations to the menu no trouble at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Very nice hotel in a splendid location at a lovely part of the River Thames. very clean room with helpful and friendly staff throughout. Large queen size bed in standard room which is still bigger than most equivalent hotel rooms. All facilities are good and function well. restaurant serves throughout the whole day. Excellent stay with location just over half a mile ito the small town of Chertsey with many quaint shops and foodie places.”

“Absolutely love this place!!!! Definitely the best bar and/or restaurant I've been to in Eton and Windsor! I have been here so many times now with so many people. The staff are always wonderful, it is honestly up there with the best service you could probably get anywhere. They are always so accommodating. I have even turned up there with a party of 17 people and they have managed to accommodate us at short notice! The cocktails are delicious and so is the food. I would recommend the "Eton mess" cocktail, it is both delicious and beautiful. The bar itself is also so beautiful and chilled. I would recommend it as a place for a date as it is quite romantic. The staff are so friendly and so happy all the time, and the owner is also there often and is also so welcoming! Says a lot about a place! I go there often and will continue to go there every time I'm in Windsor and Eton and now all my friends and family make a point of going there too :)”

“I purchased a hallway storage cupboard. I made an enquiry via messenger and had a reply within minutes. I was encouraged to double check my measurements as it was a large piece and once I confirmed it was okay an appointment for delivery was confirmed and the piece was delivered at the promised time. Highly recommend!”

“So pleased with our replacement foam fillers for our seat cushions, the results are fantastic, like having new chairs, our chairs are only a year old and the fillings were soft and not filling the cushions covers which was very frustrating and uncomfortable, Excellent turn around left one day collected the next, will be recommending Friary Furnishings Whenever we can.”

“Superb service. I ordered a cooker hood on Monday, and they located the last one in stock in Scotland. It arrived as promised in Birmingham on Thursday the same week. Communication was excellent, phoning me back to let me know what they had done. Even the driver was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.”

“Love this curry house. Ignore the one star reviews - absolute nonsense. We've been here a few times and always had a good meal. Great service. The food is absolutely delicious. And best of all... After eight mints with the bill!”

“As surprised as I am, I have to give 5 stars! It was a great stay, considering it is a 3 star, budget hotel. Rooms were very clean, a bit tired but spotless. The carpet must have been laid out recently because it was still fluffy and soft. I loved the idea of open space underneath the bed as you can easily hoover under and there is no old dust lingering there. There was no musty smell in the rooms and the corridors smelled of fresh cleaning procucts. Our daughter praised the comfort of the kids bed (no springs digging in her body). The food was good, both dinner and breakfast, small buffet but sufficient enough for warm and cold options. I forgot to mention the welcome card on our desk and 2 christmas colouring cards for our daughter which is some serious 5 star hotel add on :) It wasn't perfect but it was surprisingly quiet for a full capacity and we enjoyed our stay throughoutly.”

“Love bringing my kids here for an after school slot when it’s quiet. Such a stylish soft play, lovely colours and my kids love it. And it’s the cleanest soft play I’ve ever been to. They make a good latte too. Friendly staff.”
