The setting is beautiful, the service always impeccable, and the facilities fantastic — but it’s the people who truly make it special. “This hotel is a 5 minute walk from Windsor and Eton Central. Right in front of Windsor Castle. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping and attractions within minutes. There are lifts for baggage at the entrance and to the accommodation floors. Caleys restaurant has a grand menu featuring south Asian cuisine. Very friendly staff and a lovely hotel in general. Stay here for a great time.”

“Pad Thai and fried rice were delicious, the Som Tum wasn't bad either but the green curry wasn't quite to our expectation. Staff were friendly but they forgot our crackers; not a big deal. The place looks fresh/light and quite large, good for big groups.”

“We had a really friendly welcome from the staff, and a very enjoyable meal, in Prezzo Windsor today. Hubert was our main 'server'. He recommended the Roast Salmon, which was delicious. My husband tried the Marry Me Chicken for the first time, and gave it a thumbs up as well. Service was excellent ... helpful & friendly. Easily a 5 star experience all round. We'll definitely be paying a return visit soon :-).”

“There is a shortage of good chefs to the point they get poached ! We visited 3 times in 3 days. Staff amazing. Ample parking, outdoor enclosed space for children, tables with parasols. Inside large, clean. Chef and brewer so can use tesco vouchers for food. Although did not eat..lots of clean plates. Children welcomed and woofits. Check to see if chef having a well deserved day off....a very rare occasion.”

“My recent stay at this airport hotel was a pleasant surprise. As a chain property near the airport, it offered great convenience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. While the facilities are somewhat dated, the hotel makes up for it with its excellent breakfast. Though the selection was simple, the food was delicious, and the server in the dining area had such a warm and welcoming attitude that it really brightened the start of my day. A solid choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay before a flight.”

A special shoutout to Asher, the bartender, whose performance at the bar was brilliant. His upselling techniques were impressive, and his recommendations for food were perfect.”

“Stayed with my wife and son before travelling. Room was fantastic, we had a family room on the first floor. Two queen beds. Used the converted room on the ground floor that used to be the pool area (now a bar) which was really lovely. Great start to the holiday. Would recommend over other hotels we’ve stayed in at Heathrow. Service given 4 stars as we received slow service in the bar and check in was a little difficult due to a language barrier with one of the members of staff”

“Couldn't fault a thing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully presented and clean with great facilities. It was quiet, comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was included and it was top notch - without doubt the best buffet breakfast we have ever had in a UK hotel. Even the coffee was delicious! We would definitely stay there or at another Toby Carvery again and would highly recommend it.”

“We visited Beefeater Hayes for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and Jade and Siv were both absolutely lovely. From the moment we arrived, Jade made sure we were well looked after and checked in on us with such a friendly attitude. The food was great—fresh, tasty, and delivered at just the right time. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and everything felt well-organised. Overall, a really pleasant experience and a great start to our day. “Only had the desserts and tea, but they were very enjoyable. The location had a nice ambiance. Mango sorbet and salted caramel gelato were delicious with strong flavors. The tea was as expected. The server was very kind and helpful.”

“Had a really good time here. Spent about 5 nights here and my family and I enjoyed it. We used a family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds for a family of 5 with 2 small children. The staff were amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The location is excellent....right on a few major bus routes making it ridiculously easy to get into the centre of London or Legoland. While they don't serve food themselves, there is an amazing restaurant next door that does breakfast, brunch or lunch, and the hotel is walking distance to a small service tesco.”
