“My friend was not feeling well and fainted in the store and the staff were so helpful. Specifically Jameel, Selena and Maria who work in H&M. They were kind and thoughtful, keeping her company and ensuring that she was safe. You have a wonderful team that are doing a great job! She then returned to find out if we could locate the reference number. Once found, she went back to check the stock and managed to find the hat I was after.
