Before we moved in, he showed us around the property with great enthusiasm and worked closely with our housing representative to clarify details in the rental agreement. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and even after moving in, Callan has been prompt and helpful in responding to any questions. The flat itself is cozy, well-maintained, and comfortable. “Really good option if you’re looking for an apartment style short term accommodation in Canary Wharf. Right on the edge of the main area, just across the road from the Thames, the rooms are well maintained and the staff are extremely useful and friendly. The small studios are very small, but are fine for single person or short stays. The larger studio worked well for my husband and I, with plenty of space to work, cook, and keep your things. A much better apartment style option than some others in the area, with better amenities and support. Highly recommend.”

“We stayed here when visiting London. This 2-bedroom apartment was stunning with modern design, and pretty spacious. The reason I chose this apartment because I wanted to stay close to King’s Cross station. It’s also close to Coal Drop’s Yard with great selection of street food, restaurant, coffee shops, bars and outdoor space for kids. There was also Co-op supermarket 3 minutes away by foot. 24 hours front desk was friendly and helpful. You have access to the gym room in the basement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. It would be nice if umbrellas were provided in the apartment for use on rainy days. I”ll definitely stay here again if visiting London.”

“I’ve been living here for almost 6 years and I wouldn’t leave anywhere else in London. The area is great and the view from the rooftop are nothing but the best you can get in London, but on top of that the service is absolutely outstanding. Team working here have always a smile on their faces and do anything to go above and beyond and to be helpful. I get that experiences are very personal and different but I’m really surprised by some of the past bad review. The transparency and sense of community here at UW is unrivalled and I would 100% recommend it to anyone.”
