“A truly wonderful place for an authentic Italian meal and fabulous atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is cosy and welcoming. Although there are a few Domus Italia or Casa Italia restaurants in Manchester the Didsbury one does not feel like it part of a chain of faceless restaurants. It has a family run vibe and individual atmosphere. It's not a big place but that makes it so much nicer.”

“Last week we were [invited] to Sotto for "Tales of the Med" with Stir by night which involved bottomless tapas, paella, pizza and pasta Sotto is a fusion of Spanish and Italian cuisines which has resulted in a combination of homely, fresh food made with passion. Our night began with a coktail, the first of many....so the concept for this night was to bring s bottle of spirits which the @stirbynight guys would craft into genius cocktails as we feasted. I was very impressed with every drink they made with my favourite being gin based and served in a glass of powered beetroots, this resulted in a vibrant shokicng pink cocktail The food was crazy. Not just in flavour but in quantity! I have never been so full that I have had to force myself to eat mushroom and truffle ravioli before, it's a favourite of mine and I was tortured by its beautiful smell as I collapsed in a glutenous heap We were served pizza, Spanish tortilla, patatas bravas and olives before a very unique dish was served (The 4th picture) At first glance I thought this was a paella, but it was actually made of pasta cut finely and cooked with clams and parsley. It was very unusual and like nothing I've had before, personally I did not enjoy this as much as the actual paella that was served later on The chicken paella was absolutely beautiful, it was cooked in a traditional method from the region of Spain the owner Athena is from. I filled up on this a bit too much but paella is up there in the lisy of my favourite foods My favourite dish was the deep fried ravioli! Stuffed with spinach and ricotta, deep fried and topped with a tomato based sauce with Chorizo. This was incredible!! Definitely an amazing invention and a trend needing to kick off Overall we had an amazing experience, theres too much food to talk about. Big thank you to Sotto and Stir by Night for having us. “It's cheaper than some grocery stores. It gets packed with long queues and the aisles are somewhat narrow. Otherwise it's budget friendlier. There's good customer service on top of that.”

“I have enjoyed shopping at Lidl in this location. The items are very much affordable, the store is clean, and it's pretty much easy to find the items due the meticulous effort put into item arrangement with clear tags. I enjoy using the Lidl Plus app as well. I usually get discounted offers frequently on the app, and it's quite easy to use. Good value for money, I must say! I am happy to recommend this place to anyone that needs buying stuff.”

“One of the most unspoken things about any cafe is the level of service. Today I was served by Jodie. She was upbeat, smiling and an absolute example of how to show up to a customer. She may go through her day with no one mentioning it, but a smile is catching. Thanks Jodie. You never know when or who might need your lightheartedness. Oh and Nero’s … they do a delicious Vegan Raspberry croissant, which I highly recommend.”

“I was given a fuel voucher by my electricity supplier as I was struggling at the time. I've been to this shop on 3 occasions and I was unable to collect my fuel voucher as a lot of the staff don't know how to process fuel vouchers although the staff are friendly they should be trained to use the paypoint machine. Unfortunately I've been left without electricity on 3 occasions. Head office please train your staff properly!!! You get paid to have paypoint machines in your shops but yet only a couple of staff know how to use them efficiently rubbish really”
