“Booked two tables for a large group for a family baby shower, dim sum being a pre-requisite for the mummy to be. Dim Sum and then some, excellent quality and range of options. Mains were delicious and good size portions for sharing. Staff were extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend and will be back!”

“Sue & the team provided a lovely buffet my mum's 70th birthday, plenty of selection. Their service is efficient and will go ubove & beyond to any requests ie dietary, selection, delivery etc. Also followed by calls to check everything is ok etc. Sue takes pride in providing the best customer service. “Number 1 Indian restaurant in the Bolton area. Some serious connoisseurs of Asian cuisine amongst our group. Veterans of the southern Indian lamb delicacy converted to the North Indian variety served here. Sizzling platters incredible, combined with incredible curry and sides in the original el tel combo meal, this place is one not to be missed. Will be back again next week, top tier place- give it a try!”

“The food was spot on, came out nice and hot. Service was quick and efficient. The atmosphere was really nice, it’s clean and it’s was cosy. There was loads of parking too so that wasn’t an issue. Food came out on time, and we didn’t have to wait for long at all. Only thing was the veg Manchurian dish was very very small. Other then that everything else was perfect.”

“Working my way through the extensive and varied menu. Pizzeria Bella Italia never disappoints. Even if you can't eat pasta there is something for everyone. My favourite starter is their garlic mushrooms....omg so divine!!! Who'd of thought how delicious the humble mushroom can be when cooked the way Bella does. I can't fault the food, quality, staff, atmosphere and magic of this lovely restaurant in Bury. It is popular with all age groups and families as well as couples. I had mussels in garlic and white wine. The veg is al dente and beautiful. I always look forward to dining here as the food and staff make you feel at home and always welcoming.”

“I had such a lovely experience. I was served by these two sweet sisters who filled my strange request of a mystery cake and drink and boy did they not underserve. The cafe was so quaint and lovely with the essence of small village cafe and was decorated with needle felted spiders for halloween. Overall it was a great experience and i recommend the victoria sponge.”

Their food especially chips (not fries) are massive and crispy and lovely MUCH better than chip shop ones.. imagine chip shop sized but French crisp fried! All food is clean and hot! (not greasy) properly cooked and delicious. And a breakfast for 5.50 is amazing! My new hangout!”

“THIS is the pub to go to if ever you have the chance. And if you've been before, but not since late 2023 - ga again. New, young owners have revitalised the Tavern whilst keeping all the old, well lived traditional features. The food is fantastic, dogs are very welcome. There is even home-made doggy ice-cream, dog snacks and hand-made dog leads for sale. There's a small tuck shop and board games for kids. Lovely walks all around. WINNER OF PUB OF THE YEAR 2025.”
