“I am an extremely nervous patient and today was my first visit at High Lane Dental Practise. The service I received from entering to leaving the practise was amazing. All the were amazing the reception staff kept me calm whilst waiting. Seems and Tia are amazing they showed me nothing but empathy with regards to my extreme anxiety, my treatment plan was explained clearly and I felt like I was listened: this was important to me as getting through the door alone was very distressing to me. I have now registered my entire family with the practise”

“Best Dental Practice EVER! I joined the practice in October 2022 to start my journey of straightening my teeth, opted for fixed braces (clear aligners were also an option) and what results I've had. The entire team is incredible. Their Orthodontist, Sarah, is amazing. Tells you everything that she is doing and makes you feel so calm. Thank you for everything guys.”

“Had root canal treatment performed which obviously very anxious about , however found this treatment was performed very skilfully , by Mr. Charlesworth and Charlotte (dental nurse, a great team). The administration of the local anaesthetic in itself was pain free , was very impressed with the teamwork and felt totally at my ease . I was reassured and received individualised care with very good explanation of the procedure involved . I would not hesitate to recommend this dental specialist to anyone needing root canal treatment . Thank you”

“An absolute godsend! We spent six weeks with Ronald McDonald after our son was born three months early. Rather than battle an hour of traffic every day, we got the opportunity to stay on site near him. My only complaints are about the other guests not cleaning up after themselves or spilling their food across the shared fridge. But I cannot fault the charity for the behaviour of its guests. I'll always be thankful to the team for making us feel welcome!”

“We've just picked our dog Stitch up from her second stay at Springbank Farm Kennels. Can't thank Niamh and the staff enough for looking after her. Thanks also for the little updates whilst we were away. I don't know what magic they weave whilst we're away but Stitch is a fussy eater at home ( my fault for being too soft with her giving her treats etc) but when we come home her appetite is fantastic. We will most definitely be using these wonderful Kennels again and can't recommend them enough 10/10”

“I can't recommend Happy Feet enough!! I have an old boy Wilson, who is 13 years old now and I wanted somewhere that I knew he would be treated well and made to feel at home. Diane is lovely and you can tell she genuinely cares about all her visitors. When I went to pick him up after his stay he wouldn't get in the car! That's how well he was treated. If I could give 6 stars I would. Big area for them to wander around, absolutely fantastic. Thank you Diane and family :)”

“I booked in for a routine check up, and it was a very pleasant experience the whole way through. Booking an appointment was straightforward, and upon my arrival all staff members were very friendly. I saw Dr Rashid, who was extremely helpful and professional. As a member of the Bupa dental insurance, my claim was already applied to the cost of the appointment meaning all I had to do was pay the amended price and everything would be settled with Bupa and the practice - very convenient!”

The staff (especially our party host and who l believe to be the manager) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were so accommodating- nothing was too much trouble, nothing felt rushed and all the children looked like they were having a great time. “This morning I called to get my heyfever injection, I managed to get a cheaper rate as they had an offer on. My appointment was booked for 2hrs after my call, I arrived I had a consultation first with a doctor, I explained to her my previous medial history and we decided that the injection was the best option for me. Amy administered my injection, she was so friendly and welcoming, she went through all of the side affects and double checked my medical history also printed off a booklet of information about the injection. Would definitely recommend, fast and easy process”
