“I went with some friends to celebrate my brother's birthday. I have a lot of allergies, so I'm hard to find food for, but Peter gave me (and my brother) excellent service - he made me feel like, even though it was pretty hectic there, I was the only person he was serving in the room. Perfect! Also, Maggie (Mags?) did provide good service in giving us the food, checking we were all happy. Additionally, the food was pretty good. Finally, the restaurant was very busy , which is a sure sign of popularity!”

“I came to the Private Clinic Manchester for surgery as I had read some very good reviews online and done my research and expected good things. And it exceeded my expectations. From the manager Alex who chaperoned and held my hand the whole way through, to the lovely ladies on reception and nursing team. Mr Fattah is like no other surgeon and believe me I have had many consultations. I’m 6 months post op and couldn’t be happier! I’m even thinking of other things to have just so I can go back to the clinic for a catch up and some snacks! The best clinic, thank you for everything!”

What do you really need from a hotel, tidy, clean, great service, top breakfast, brilliant location. It may be a 3* in build but you are treated to a 5* stay!”

“Well what can I say? When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly lady at the reception! She got us to check in early at 12:45pm. My brother and I were impressed by the quality and service. Soon we were given the key card to our rooms. The moment I walked in and seeing from pictures from google, I assumed the rooms to be tiny, but it’s adequately sized, and allows enough room for manoeuvrability. The room was clean throughout and hotel staff consistently came cleaned and changed sheets and towels and what not! The nights I spent were without disturbances! The rooms temperature was great all round and it didn’t affect my stay at all! However, my nitpicks only were, the TV that didn’t have enough channels and nothing interested me. Wish it had a movie catalogue. Another thing was when we left to do shopping, my room wasn’t refilled with coffee, so I just had the one last stick and also tea as well, but my brother was nice enough to share his coffee with me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, it was well worth the money I spent and usually I stay at hotels, but joining Hilton honours, I did for the incredible offers should I wish to book a hotel at an early check in wherever I am!”

“YHA Manchester is an example of how a good hostel doesn't have to cost a lot. Large, bright and airy room for four people. The beds were solid, the only thing missing was curtains on the bunk beds for more privacy, but that's a minor detail. The bathroom was a good size, clean and looked new. The common areas are large and beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location near a train and tram station is great for a city the size of Manchester. The hostel has a view of part of the river canal, and having breakfast with this view was a bonus. I would definitely stay at this hostel again”

“I've stayed at this Premier Inn many times and I have to say, it's a very good spot. The location is great, with McDonald's just around the corner and Chinatown only a 5-minute walk away. Plus, every time we stay here we discover new parts of Manchester that we haven't seen before. It's at the quieter end of Manchester which is always a plus. The hotel is also very close to the train stop, so it's easy to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also good, with a decent variety of options available. Overall, I highly recommend this Premier Inn. The location is great, it's at the quieter end of Manchester and it's easy to access other parts of the city. Plus the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable”

“Clean, comfortable, and easily walkable to/from just about anything you would want to do in the city centre. Restaurant made my life easier due to the convenience. Decently priced, considering all this! I would especially like to recognize manager Sandra for being so warm and accommodating! This really makes someone feel welcome when they are far from home. :)”

“Thank you to Lewis Danny , Leon and the the whole team for such a welcoming stay - I could have stayed all week with a team like that , like are an absolute credit to your establishment. Leon served me in the restaurant. He was kind , warm , understanding , knowledgeable , helpful , professional, but above all else his service was exemplary, second to none! I have never met such customer service in a very long time , of this level , and how refreshing to meet someone that loves what they do , and has a positive attitude in all their work. Promote him very soon, or I'll be honest you are missing a trick here , and definetly do not let him move to another hotel. Danny was kind , warm so so welcoming & answered every question I had promptly & efficiently. “After being let down by another hotel I turned to Novotel Manchester Centre. I was greeted by the extremely helpful Pasquale at reception. I explained my circumstances and Pasquale couldn't do enough to help and reassure me. On a day that was stressful and grey Pasquale really brought the sunshine back for which im thankful. We opted for a family room that was spacious, clean, modern and well laid out. All the staff work really hard in the hotel and are really helpful. This includes the cleaning and room staff. Special mention to Inga and her team who were so helpful and friendly with requests I had. Food and drink in the hotel were also great. The in house restaurant serves great food whatever the time of day. Again some super helpful and hardworking staff here with a mention to Isaac behind the bar. He was friendly and helpful to me and my children. The Novotel brand has always been a reliable and great brand. Im a firm beleiver that brands and hotels are built on their staff. At Novotel Manchester Centre you really have amazing staff who go the extra mile. They are a credit to the hotel and the Novotel brand. Many thanks and myself & my family will be back again soon.”

“Excellent and well- stocked shop Owners always listen to customer requests and do their best to accommodate. The shop is always neat and tidy and they have put snazzy new fridge freezers in which look great and offer a super choice of good quality frozen foods. Every single member of staff really friendly - I shop there at least once a day and am so grateful they are open till 8pm in case I have forgotten snacks for the evening. Well worth a visit”

“Love this little Iceland store always seems to be well stocked. But if you're looking for a home delivery for the same day you really do need to get in before 1pm really because most lots get taken up or that's what I've seen to a found. The staff are always happy to help you even though they always seem busy filling the freezers with new stock. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.”
