“Dishoom Spinningfields is one of my favourite restaurants in Manchester. When it first opened back in 2018, it was Dishoom’s first restaurant in Northern England, and since then they’ve set a remarkable standard of both food and service quality and certainly left me coming back for more. The interior is super impressive, cool and unique. Dishoom is based on the old Irani cafés in Bombay, and the interior is so large and feels like no other restaurant in the city. My go-to dishes are the Chicken Ruby with Basmati Rice and occasionally the Gunpowder Potatoes. The portion sizes are generous, and the rich spices of the curry are super good — it’s obvious they use great quality ingredients and seasonings. For drinks, again the selection is vast, with my favourites being the regular Chai and the Mango Lassi, which are both really good. There is always a staff member walking around topping up tap water, so you’ll never go thirsty. The pricing is a little high, but I feel it is worth it for the quality. Matka Holders can also roll a dice at the end of their meal to potentially earn everything for free, food and alcohol included, during certain times. This makes it all fun, being able to put the meal on the roll of a dice. Due to having an allergy, I can scan a QR code on the menu for the latest information, and all the staff members are well trained in dealing with allergies. They’re aware of coeliac disease and the danger of cross-contamination, and always keep my items separate from my friends’ when I dine in a group. Overall, this is one of the places to be in Manchester if you’re looking for good food with fantastic allergy awareness, overall ambience/vibes, food and service quality. It’s a place that you can go for a special occasion or even a quick lunch (although a lunch menu / meal-deal offer would make it even more enticing for sure!).”

“Good service as always. Yard crew are helpful and quite knowledgeable. Shop staff are extremely knowledgeable but the computers can be slow. Delivery drivers are brilliant. And quality of timber products is top notch meant to last. One downside is how rough the shared entrance road is.”

“I have been hunting for a good Asian clothing site to place orders from as others have been untrustworthy, then I came across this site and this is now my go-to to order clothes from!! The service I received was amazing and I got my order way before the given time frame! “I love a good Everything Shop! Quidds In is an exceptionally good Everything Shop. Their hardware section is particularly impressive. If you can't find something, the staff will know exactly where it is. They are the only place where I could find Killrock cleaning products too!”

“Very good. Spicy dipped burgers top class. Every time you order fries they are made fresh which is a nice touch. Pizzas are also excellent. I forgot my change on my first visit and the staff tracked me down on Stockport Road to give me it. There's literally nothing negative I can say about this place.”

“I have been here from the start. The taste is fabulous. I can vouch for it having eaten in so many so called Kerala restaurants. The only thing missing this time is the squid Masala. I am told that it's on the menu in their Whitefield Sindhoor restaurant. Tandoori chicken was not filled with colour like elsewhere. Definitely recommended.”

Some of the Iceland Supermarket Products are excellent value for money, for example the Frozen Pizza, Hunter's Chicken including the Frozen Vegetables available like Garden Peas, Broccoli, Sweet Baby Carrots, Baby Spinach & Mixed Veg Packs. Also fine for Frozen Fish & Seafood & some Fish Meals. They sell a Decent size Bag of Frozen Seafood which contains Mussels, King Prawns & Squid Rings that is ideal for cooking Sicilian Seafood Linguine Pasta. Not too busy Midweek but it is Busy Friday, Saturday. So, some fine economical item choices for a Small Budget.”

“Relaxed little place, absolute gem for sushi, and I have to callout the cocktails - they're so affordable and are yummy. I've been here so many times now with different friends and even just once for a few cocktails. Always been excellent. Absolutely addicted to the salmon sashimi bowl, my definite go to. The platters are amazingly worth it (I used to live in London so...), portion size was SO GOOD, quality SO GOOD (see pics) Never get hot food here so can't really comment but can confirm it smells and looks yummy.”

As a Disabled Person, I found the layout, set-up and arrangement of the furniture easily navigable with ample room to move around. I have not encountered a more helpful Staff when visiting a Restaurant and my opinion of them is that they are of the highest calibre and quality. I wish to express my personal, sincere and heartfelt thanks to Waiter 'V' and the Manager. They (both) are extremely personable, professional, friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming. They gave me their time and were genuinely interested and could not have done more to help me. I cannot praise them enough. Their conduct, behaviour, attitude and persona(s) shall keep me coming back to [and frequenting] this Establishment often. The food is of the highest quality, but you'll just have to take my word on that and go and sample [it] for yourself! You won't regret it... I don't want to spoil the surprise! The table(s) are far enough apart so as to maintain a conversation without feeling overlooked or eavesdropped on. The Establishment is clean and the decor is tasteful. I enjoy visiting this Establishment and would rate it: exceptional. What makes this place stand out from the rest / it's competition is the: service. The superb Staff make this a super Establishment. Look no further if you are looking for a new 'local'. In this writer's humble view, you won't find one better!”
