The class is very relaxed and, informal, and Susi is great at giving instruction so you can follow her. She has a lovely calming presence and makes everyone feel welcome. I'm really impressed with her knowledge and skill of yoga. It has helped me sleep better too.”

The facilities are excellent everything from the gym floor to the pool area is modern, clean, and well-maintained. “I went for a gait analysis today at runners need, we just turned up not realising they did actually have an appointment system, their next appointment wasn’t until later that day and the shop wasn’t busy at the time we went in so the guy happily did the gait analysis. I have never had one before and wasn’t sure what to expect apart from running on a treadmill, the guy who did the analysis was very knowledgeable and very thorough, he was very helpful and I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and felt confident enough to take his advice!! As it turns out I have been running in shoes that are 1.5 sizes too small, hence all the problems I have been having! I wanted to leave this review as there are so many bad ones and had I read these before I probably wouldn’t have gone there. Don’t be put off by all the bad reviews!!!”

“I went to Oxygen Manchester for a viewing. Honestly, it is one of the amazing places in Manchester from the first moment when you walk in the Receptionist they welcomed us with a smile after that we met Osman Nazar from ACL Lettings he welcomed us and showed us the flat and all the facilities, he was honest with us and helped us through the whole process and I appreciate all his efforts and the support he gave to us. Unlike other agenciesI found that with ACL it was easy to get an appointment and to proceed with the viewing. Osman he did a greart job, he was very professional with us and we felt comfortable in our viewing with no rushing unfortunately like other agencies. I loved all the facilities especially the swimming pool, gym everything was very clean and spotless. I liked the fact that they try their best to give you the best experience while you are staying there.”

I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the prices were compared to buying from shoe stores. She was super helpful and friendly and made me really comfortable and the gym and pool area was amazing. Will definitely be looking to join once I’m back from travelling.”

Well, the hotel does what it should, it’s clean, comfortable, well equipped and superbly located (if central Manchester is where you want to be?), so far so good! Now the staff, what a treat to be served so well by everyone, from the courteous cleaners that smiled and represented the company well, to the bar / reception staff that went above and beyond, really well done. In particular, the wonderful Nicole, service with the most wonderful smile and utterly professional, Accor, are you reading this ? She’s management material in the waiting right under your noses!! Dominic too was professional, smiling and uber efficient, the pair of them working together like a Swiss clock, effortless and confident, that’s how we guests like it, a big no, a Huge thanks for the stay! It gets another “Arnie” - a I’ll be back!”

“Amazing! The best thing we ever did was join here. The facilities and classes are brilliant. Changing rooms are new and clean. The staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. Special mentions to Ellie who showed us around and signed us up, Connor who is always a friendly face and happy to help in any way he can and Paul in the clubhouse who all make us feel so welcome and at ease every time we come to the club. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are very professional in all they do and friendly and chatty at the same time. A lovely club with good energy from all the staff and a happy relaxed atmosphere.”

“Highly recommended! Emma was brilliant with my anxious dog who has now learned to swim! She had a great deal of experience with dogs which was clear on our first communication with her. Emma is so knowledgeable about issues dogs can have and is very supportive. have had to pause our sessions temporarily we can’t wait to restart my gsd regular swim sessions. Thankyou!”
