“I came in with my granddaughter last week, and I must say, the food was exceptional! Upon walking into the establishment, it felt as if we were transported to New York. As a proud American, I must say I felt right at home! My granddaughter, on the other hand—who is very hard to impress—took her time, but by the time the food arrived, her demeanor had changed. We ordered the Benny's Burger, the schnitzel wrap, and the sweet potato chips. I have to mention that my granddaughter did not make the life of the young lady at the till easy. With the number of notes my granddaughter gave for her schnitzel wrap, I was sure she would be laughed at by our server. Instead, we were met with kind responses, smiles, and absolutely no issues. The food came out very quickly, and all three items we ordered were presented exquisitely! Every note was followed perfectly. The service was probably the best I have experienced in this otherwise abysmal country. I come to England at least twice a year from New York to visit my children and grandkids. I try to give each one time alone with me so I can give each the attention they deserve. My son had mentioned that there was a splendid restaurant I had to try; he has ordered Uber delivery from you a few times. I truly recommend the dine-in experience! I will definitely be returning the next time I come to visit the kids. (I do apologize, as I had intended to share the photographs that were taken. But sadly, only my granddaughter took photos—she has the better phone and therefore the better camera—and she seems to be taking her time sending them to me.)”

From initial meetings with both David & Alan we knew we’d come to the right place. From helping to answer our questions, to choosing key pieces and delivery, the service was flawless!! We’ve shopped with Bo Concept on more than one occasion now and are never disappointed- our Bulldog Maggie also approves of what is now one her own outside seats (she can vouch for the comfort!). “Had a impromptu lunch date at this cafe and it was wonderful! the atmosphere was relaxing and very welcoming. The staff are warm and helpful ,we had to a make dietary request and they accommodated it and it wasn't any bother. cafe is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, they have different types of chairs which was a life saver for my back! Absolutely loved the food , a little expensive I would say but definitely worth it , best BBQ chicken cheese toastie I've had and the salad that accompanied it was gorgeous. Just what was need on a hot day. I would definitely recommend this place !”

“A hidden gem. My son had his 5th birthday party there today and had a fantastic time. The staff (especially our party host and who l believe to be the manager) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were so accommodating- nothing was too much trouble, nothing felt rushed and all the children looked like they were having a great time. Very reasonable prices too which is a bonus! will definitely be visiting there again soon.”

“The experience was excellent. The room was a bit smaller but all the amenities and services were there for a much comfortable stay. As we were coming from Hyatt House to Hyatt regency they gave us an early Check in, which was very kind of them. The restaurant staffs were extremely kind and helpful. A big shout out to Andrea from the restaurant, she was very helpful with the menu suggestions, as well as she helped us to find out nearest places to visit, she also gave a Drawing book and colours to our daughter so that she can play with that. Over all a very good experience and thank you to the Whole team.”

“My stay at the Townhouse Hotel Manchester was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was easy and fast, and the team made sure I felt comfortable right away. The room was clean, stylish, and very spacious, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the modern bathroom and the little touches that made the space feel premium and inviting. The hotel’s atmosphere is elegant yet cozy, creating a perfect balance for both leisure and business travelers. The location is another huge highlight right in the heart of Manchester, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Despite being in the city centre, the room was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Overall, the Townhouse Hotel exceeded my expectations. Excellent service, beautiful rooms, and a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manchester.”

“Three of us stayed two nights whilst attending a family event nearby. We found the hotel clean, warm and comfortable, the staff extremely welcoming and very, very helpful. The breakfast was generous and well prepared with a huge selection of fruit, cheeses, cereals and pastries to chose from including nuts and seeds to sprinkle plus jams, honey etc on tap, none of those horrid little polluting plastic containers. The restaurant is bright and airy with comfortable seating and lovely views of the garden. This is a great hotel if you need outdoor space, there are huge lawns and patio areas. We found parking easy though at busier times that may be an issue, it's not huge. We ate in the restaurant one evening and we're pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and my daughter's need for lacto- and gluten-free catered for. Our room was adequately spacious even with the (very comfy) sofa-bed open for use, when it's folded away it would be a very generous space, great lighting too, the separate bathroom and toilet makes for convenience when sharing, that's rare in a modern hotel. We left a precious item behind and the staff very kindly prepared it for posting back and it arrived safely. It was our first experience of Novotel and we wouldn't hesitate to use this one again and highly recommend it.”

Laura was so easy to contact and made us feel so calm and confident in our choices leading up to our wedding, and they did not disappoint! “Without a shadow of a doubt, the best restaurant I have ever been to. Visited on a whim last night, booked an hour before they opened and were made to feel welcome immediately. A lovely little place with absolutely fantastic food. I'm not usually the adventurous type when it comes to food, but there wasn't a single thing I didn't finish. I honestly considered licking the plates! Each dish was a masterpiece, and if perfection is lots of little things done right then they nailed it. “We booked The Mews and The South Cottage for 5 nights for our wedding. The cottages were spotless, the interiors were beautiful and the views and ground of the cottages were stunning. It felt like homely luxury! The layout worked really well in terms of the number of bathrooms etc. It was the perfect place to get family and bridesmaids together before the wedding and such a beautiful place to get ready on the wedding morning itself. “Katie did a fantastic job with our end-of-tenancy clean. The tenant had left the property in an absolutely horrendous state, but Katie quickly took care of everything. Her communication was amazing from start to finish, and she was incredibly friendly and professional. She arranged for rubbish and furniture to be removed and disposed of, followed by a deep clean—all at short notice. The transformation was incredible—the place was a million times better afterwards! He came round at the agreed and got the most stubborn stains out of the carpet, charcoal had formed on the bottom of my wax burner and the flakes had travelled via air allllll over the carpet i tried everything, laundry detergent, fairy liquid, scrubbing on my hands and knees and nothing budged, Kevin came round and in an hour it was asif it never happened cleanest carper ever very happy”
