“I missed coming here. We booked to come for 11 o clock but surprisingly got here 40 min earlier. We were allowed to go early. Changing room was as I remember. It was clean. Toilets were somewhat clean. Can't fault the kids pool and jacuzzi tub. We couldn't sadly stay longer to use the big pool as we came early so needed to leave early. We had fantastic 40 min which flew by.”

Particularly Katie Frost in Reception, Marius, Oliver and Babatunde for their kindness and respect shown to my Brother - who had a nasty fall due to his Parkinson's - through to Dr Alasdair Marshall who again was so professional and personable. We arrived by Ambulance at 2pm and it felt like checking into a Hotel - even waiting until 10pm for the Doctor to be able to see Chris we never felt neglected or dismissed. Thank you showing that kindness, patience and understanding goes a very long way to make a horrible experience that bit easier Amanda - Sister of Patient Wednesday August 13th”

If you use the NHS app to order and track prescriptions you know when the GP has approved and the request is then with the pharmacy, within 2-3 working days my prescriptions have always been processed and are ready for collection. I order over ten items at different times regularly with Fir Rd the only issue is drug stock, specialist items. The communication is good I get an IOU or I go searching a larger chain pharmacy with a big warehouse system Boots who can source. With a variety of lifetime drugs Fir Rd has been a great service to rely on. Well done”

She went above and beyond to explain how the medication will help and suggested other things that would help. She was caring, helpful and funny.
