“This is our 2nd visit here ( we dont live locally) so our visita are far apart. The food on both occasions was delicious. We shared the CAMEMBERT for two, with 4 slices of toasted Ciabatta and red onion relish. Extremely tasty. I had the Lentil Cottage pie with vegetables. Really tasty. Hunters chicken was very tasty too. We ate outside. Then went inside for a coffee and to investigate this lovely old house. I read and looked at the photographs on the walls and found out it had belonged to The Boddington Family. Staff were lovely. Very helpful and friendly.”

“Wow what can i say we had our wedding here 2 weeks ago and it really was the perfect venue. Lucy was amazing and really helpful during the planning and on the day everything went exactly as it should all the staff were amazing on the day! jake was so helpful the night before accomadating a big party for food and was amazing on the wedding day too. John our master of ceromonies was fabulous too. All guests commented on how lovely there room was. We used the Delamere suite to get ready and for our wedding night and it was perfect. Thank you so much to everybody who made our day amazing ❤️”

“Great experience overall! Very friendly service and great ambience. The food is also good. I'm not a huge fan of chain restaurants, but I have to admit that Gusto exceeded my expectations; food was actually quite decent. We went for lunch on a Saturday, 3 people. We sat on the outdoor area, which is very cute and spacious - ideal for those with baby prams like us!. We tried pasta carbonara, roasted vegetables salad, and the burger. We also had some starters. Everything was tasty and very well presented.”

“A very nice pub,not too far away from Manchester Airport. Atmosphere was very good, food equally good and reasonably priced. Service was a bit slow,but it was very busy. When our meals did arrive it was well worth the wait. Your four legged friends are also welcome. I would definitely go again.”

“We are Americans visiting Manchester for the holidays. The Didsbury Pub was recommended to us for dinner. We had dinner at The Didsbury Pub on Christmas Eve, and it was fantastic! Steven, our server, looked after us; he did a fantastic job. The Didsbury Pub had a Festive Menu on Christmas Eve and our compliments to the Chef. The food was delicious. The hand carved roast turkey with Yorkshire pudding was awesome. So was the Marmalade Glazed Ham Hock. And the desserts. The apple & blackberry crumble was scrumptious; as was the melting chocolate fondant. The pub is beautiful. The atmosphere was great. One of the best dining experiences in all our travels. Thank you to Steven, the Chef, and all the great people at The Didsbury Pub. I highly recommend everyone visiting Manchester to stop in and enjoy The Didsbury Pub.”

We tried a lot of dishes and I can say that this is definitely a higher end Indian, not drowned in sauces, these dishes were well balanced, full of flavour and spiced well. “Went for Saturday breakfast, the value for money is incredible. 3 breakfasts including unlimited coffee only a tad over £18. However eggs Benedict were cold on arrival. But my traditional breakfast was spot on as was the freedom Breakfast. Was a hot day and I am assuming the air con broke down because my god it was warm in there. But the Erdinger was nice and cold. Some other interesting canned craft beers were consumed. I think the glass washer needs a service. And much amusement had watching the police attempt to apprehend a man with one foot in a cast. Ordering on the app is supposed to alleviate pressure on the bar and make it convenient and speedy for us as a customer,however one round took 10 minutes to arrive. Minor gripe. I love Spoons. We wiled away a few hours and will definitely be back.”

“Prices a little pricey but for location probably about right went in last night 27/10 to see a friend who's band was playing and have to say what an atmosphere and great crowd. From staff to everyone in there they were all great and lovely people. Chatted to loads of strangers old and young alike all super nice I'll be back to see my friend play again”

“Great breakfast. Served hot and presented well. Would advise not to have fruit machines on until later in the day, the noise coming from them was too loud and think it altered a Sunday morning atmosphere”

“Son lost his wallet here with all his Christmas money in. We didn’t have much hope it would be found but I reported it lost to the lovely Shanese. I left my details and within minutes she called to say she found it! She even ran outside to pass it on to my son. Shanese went above and beyond. We are so grateful for her. Happy new year!!!”
