“The Young lady that helped me sort the trainers out for my son Friday 23rd of August 2024 was the only member of staff that seemed to be working, The shop was empty of staff except for Her, She went off like a shot and got the size I needed and made a fantastic suggestion to help make the trainers last longer. I hope this young lady gets the praise she deserves. She made the hole experience so much easier for me. I won't be going anywhere else for trainers for me or my boys. “Went into store today to get my son football boots. The member of staff assisting was called Cameron and at one point had at least 6 or 7 people all trying to get correct sizes. Cameron was able to help every single person and at no point did I feel like I was left waiting, he remained polite and professional at all times. Spoken to store manager and found out he was new but had conducted himself like he had been there for years . This young man is a credit to the company. Well done Cameron.”

“It's not often that I'd give this store five stars as the staff have tended to be a tad surly and make you feel as though you're inconveniencing them when you ask whether they've got a pair in a size ten. So, what a pleasant surprise today to find the cashier polite and smiling, folding the clothes and even wishing us a nice rest of the day. “I play in the Stockport badminton league and when I needed a new racket recently I came to Crampsport on recommendation from some of the other league players. He has a great setup with his racket shop at the back of his house. There’s loads of stock in there to choose from with many of the top brands in stock. It’s great to be able to chat to and hear advice from an experienced player who knows about racket weights and balance, string tensions etc. I don’t know of anywhere else in the Stockport region you can get that. I ignored the previous poor comments as it looked to me like a couple of bitter individuals and I’m really glad I did as I got fabulous service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend them to other players.”
