“Well where to start…. Everything about Randalls is amazing and believe me when I say they all go the extra mile to make your experience the best you can possibly get! The team here make you feel so welcome and always ready to help with no hesitation or questions asked. I proposed to my now fiancée on holiday just before Christmas but this wouldn’t have been possible without Martin and the team quickly repairing a damaged ring I bought elsewhere in such a small amount of time and making that moment a reality. Returning from my holiday I completely changed the ring and bought a beautiful ring from Randalls which they kept aside until my return. Honestly the Randalls team is like a little family of mine and I appreciate them so much!!! I look forward to coming in and spending some time with you all☺️ Thankyou again❤️❤️”

“I recently popped into Waitrose Altrincham to pick up a parcel from John Lewis. I was met with a queue that had literally just developed as a few people who had walked through the doors in front of me joined it. I resigned myself to a wait as we were in the lead up to Xmas. Within a minute several staff appeared to deal with the queue and all customers were dealt with in no time. I was impressed and just wanted to say, well done Waitrose Altrincham.”

“My dog is 4 this year and I've been coming here to get her groomed since she was a pup, always a brilliant job done and I have peace of mind I'm leaving her in safe hands. I use the groom room about 4 times a year for a full groom they do a lovely shorter cut that helps me manage a hairy home as she is a bearded collie. “This is one of our local go-to places and it kept us sane throughout the autumn and spring lockdowns. Great coffee and friendly service, top tunes and now toasties and also booze! What's not to like? The seating is outdoors but some of it is covered and they have blankets for when it's cold. Top marks!”

“It is a very large and spacious store. There are always members of friendly staff about who are helpful finding any product you are looking for. They sell a wide range of products from household items to clothing for adults and children as well as electronics. Due to the size of the store it can take a while to find the section you are looking for.”

“Called into this hidden gem today. Past it a couple of times but had the chance to go in. What lovely affordable clothes, bags, scarves etc they had. Nice and different ti the high street styff. Definitely worth a visit. I'm going to check my holiday case, so I can go and buy some stuff.”

“The Young lady that helped me sort the trainers out for my son Friday 23rd of August 2024 was the only member of staff that seemed to be working, The shop was empty of staff except for Her, She went off like a shot and got the size I needed and made a fantastic suggestion to help make the trainers last longer. I hope this young lady gets the praise she deserves. She made the hole experience so much easier for me. I won't be going anywhere else for trainers for me or my boys.
