“Try before you buy. Physical store. We already had an idea of which two mattresses we wanted to try out due to the help we recieved from Stewart on the Live Chat the night before. Stewart had already produced two quotes which we took into the shop and were met by Jake. He showed us where the two mattresses we wanted to look at were within the store but also suggested a mattress we'd never have otherwise have considered (Tempur Pro Plus Smartcool Mattress) which is not the coil spring mattress type we've always had. We actually preferred the Tempur once we had tried lying down on it in the shop so bought that. Jake was very respectful of the fact that it was Stewart who had been our first point of contact and the reason we came into store and so the managers of both sales assistants were made aware that it had been a joint effort in order to service us. Overall so far a very good experience. Product is being delivered 10/11/25 with a 40 day sleep trial so if we just do not get on with the new mattress we can exchange it. We paid a bit extra to have our old mattress removed/recycled and the delivery charge for the new mattress includes delivery to a room of our choice so they'll take it upstairs.”

We were greeted by a lady called Nicole, and provided with drinks and cake upon arrival. Nicole was incredibly helpful. She's very well travelled and took so much time to piece together our honeymoon ideas. In store she explored many different options for us and created a comprehensive quotation for us to consider which was emailed to us. In the meantime we did some research into other possibilities, emailed Nicole and she was so quick to amend each quote for us.
