“Helped me book flights and hotel to visit my friend in Canada. Told me exactly what I needed and been to get the tickets today. I would definitely recommend them.”
“Nice room but has no USB port or shaver point. High bed. Nice and clean. Lovely breakfast and dinner well worth the money. Amble parking register on way in for free parking. Close to shopping centre.”
“Well worth £10 to enjoy a sunny* boat trip to Media City and back, with interesting commentary. *Sun not guaranteed”
“Brilliant place to stay. Perfect. Hosts are extremely dedicated to a great service”
“Pretty little hotel on country road”
“I was very wary that this place was a scam but I can assure you that no hard sale was given and all promises were kept. If you do not like what you see then you just walk away after the presentation and say no thank you. For us at the present time the pitch was not something for us but we are looking forwards to the free week holiday and maybe in the future it will be something we are interested in. We was also given £75 of tesco vouchers to spend. John and Jamie our agents were fab. Thank you both and thank you clc for our week holiday which is already booked for June next year to Costa del sol :)”
“Such a lovely place to see Alpacas up close. Claire was really knowledgeable and the alpacas were really friendly. Lovely setting too. Easy to find with what 3 words. Great to be able to feed the animals and stroke them. Claire clearly cared a lot about the animals and making sure they were well fed, clean and looked after. Good value for money in a group.”
“We booked The Mews and The South Cottage for 5 nights for our wedding. The cottages were spotless, the interiors were beautiful and the views and ground of the cottages were stunning. It felt like homely luxury! The layout worked really well in terms of the number of bathrooms etc. It was the perfect place to get family and bridesmaids together before the wedding and such a beautiful place to get ready on the wedding morning itself. Would definitely recommend.”
“I can’t thank Ian enough for helping us find such a brilliant holiday at the Kuriat Palace in Tunisia. We had such an amazing time with having lots of things to see and do whilst there. We experienced lovely staff service at the hotel and couldn’t recommend this trip more!”

“Andy advised us on our Norwegian cruise a few years ago. He searched for cruise line options, then gave options available to us, best cabins to meet our requirements, parking at port v transport to port v on board credit. We were able to make informed decisions and had a great cruise. so much so we have returned for our next booking. We want to sail from Southampton again. Andy finds the cruises to our required destinations, dates and costs. Once we've picked the cruise, Andy has again guided us through the options. All booked, with minimum hassle, maximum guidance. thank you Andy.”
“Lovely owners, lovely building, lovely location. A short walk to fabulous gardens and stately home. We didn't eat but the breakfast looked marvellous. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome. Tom and Tie C.”
“We booked a table online for 10/9/25 and mentioned we would be bringing our well behaved dog.. Absolutely wonderful dining experience. The service was fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious. The owner?/chef came and checked everything was ok and had a chat. We will definitely be back. Doggo was very welcomed too... much appreciated. Thank you team Swan.”
“As I spend my working week in hotels, it’s great to find the odd jewel whilst away, This place is absolutely that,,, A lovely room on a beautiful farm with only a few animals to entertain, what stood out for me was the amazing service from Caroline, from the initial greeting to the best bacon sandwich the next day… I am sure this will be my base from now on as I stay in the west…”
“Been to Fernhill Hotel twice now and its really good value for money if you need to stay in and around Manchester, you will ideally need a car though as it's situated in a remote farm area, which does mean it is very quiet! The rooms are nice and are a mixture of modern and traditional, the main bedroom and desk are made from wooden and are of an older style, no issue with it though everything functions as needed. The bathroom/shower puts many mainstream hotels to shame, very modern styled bathroom, the shower has great water pressure and even has a heated towel rack, the only minor downside is there is a lack of an area to put toiletries other than the sink. Overall, a great stay and excellent value for money.”
“Absolutely wonderful suite, brilliantly placed for travelling to local sites of interest. Hosts are attentive and offered brilliant advice on what was worth going to look at, couldn't have asked for more”
“Had a 2 night stay here for exploring the local attractions, the hosts are very Friendly and knowledgeable. A good choice of breakfast items that the cook for you fresh, good quality food too. The local pub just a short walk away has excellent dining for a relaxing evening too.”
“This was our second visit to Kerridge End and we had another comfortable stay in The Hayloft. Good facilities for a wheelchair user with a lovely wetroom and shower chair provided. Very well equipped cottage having everything we needed. A lovely hamper was left for us on arrival and a delicious plate of homemade scones and jam too. Plenty of places to visit in the area.”
“Hosts very welcoming as I arrived late and they organised a taxi for me . Bed was very comfortable clean and tidy room and bathroom. I was in awe at the view from the breakfast room / lounge - amazing views of the Diglea valley - sheep and lambs in fields - hens clucking around the car park . I chose my breakfast which was freshly cooked whilst I admired the views and peace . The hosts were kind and gave lots of information about the history of the area . A definite recommended from me .”
“We stayed in the B&B for one night. Fabulous place and views. Really comfortable, quiet and clean room. The breakfast was delicious and our host Alice was very friendly. We will definitely be back.”
“We love booking at the Tui store in Oldham. Sam and Elaine always look after us”
“Went for the first time last night to celebrate our friend's golden wedding anniversary. The quality of food and the service were second to none. A great all-round experience, many thanks to the staff for making our night special. Definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in the area..”
“Beautiful place. Good parking, lovely coffee and fantastic volunteers. So much scenery, very peaceful and tranquil.”
“It's a nice section of the River Bollin, shallow in areas that means you can paddle and the dog can get in and have a drink.”
“Newly renovated, modern pub with a small-but-good ale selection. Interesting spirit selection including flavoured gins. Pleasant outdoor seating with marvellous views and a dedicated parking area.”

Chris and his partner the owners really nice down to earth people, if your in Uppermill pls go find this lovely lil hidden cafe entrance is on the front and go downstairs really well appointed estab sit on the river and forget about the daily grind also some under canope seating if the weather's not the best.”
“An internationally accessible haven of tranquility providing escape from the city. Dunham Massey is a brilliant green area south of Manchester, well conectes to Manchester airport. A range of flora and fauna make for a wonderful nature trail and forage, or a humble walk passively absorbing the natural landscape including forested areas and open pastures featuring abundant wildlife. On our visit most of the amenities were closed due to a met office weather warning, but this didn’t stop us exploring the vast grounds in peace. They often talk about calm before the storm, but rarely the calm during the storm- which is what we experienced due to the lack of fair weather crowds. I can imagine on more typical days tje cafes and visitors centre complete this experience with a warm drink or a hot soup after a brisk autumn stroll. I look forward to experiencing these on a future visit.”
“What an amazing B&B. Sharon and Dave were simply wonderful hosts, with my family descending on them for the weekend for a nearby wedding. The beautiful flowers on the door were a good omen that we were in safe hands. The decor in the cottage was lovely and the whole place was well maintained. Sharon did a great job providing breakfast for all of us and they made us feel very welcome. It was a lovely break from urban life, would definitely recommend to others and I'd happily stay there again!”
“After our holiday was cancelled this morning due to the global IT issues, we headed to Admiral in Cheadle to save our holiday and they did just that! Amanda was great, she trawled through so many options, destinations, dates and airports to try and get us away this week - took all the stress away from our morning ordeal, checked us in, everything sorted and fir a good price too. Chris, bless him bought us a bottle of wine to cheer us up, so very thoughtful. Definitely will be a returning customer, friendly and efficient service with some great recommendations. THANK YOU!!!”
