“Fantastic Sales staff and fabulous delivery service. The staff at Robin Hood Beds take pride in their business and are very knowledgeable about the mattresses they sell. They encourage you to lie on the different mattresses for your liking and preference and will recommend the various types to suit your needs. The delivery was within 8 days of ordering my mattress and the men were quick, pleasant and efficient. They took their shoes off and removed the packaging from the mattress and took my old mattress and the packaging away with them. I have given my mattress a couple of days to 'breathe' before I slept in it, as it does have a smell but I cannot wait to sleep on it tonight!”

“Had my MOT, failed as I expected on the exhaust. Expected this to be very expensive to repair however Rob gave me a very good price for it to be replaced. Him and his colleague went above and beyond to get it fixed in one day despite it being heavily corroded therefore taking longer to fix. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and keeping my old car on the road for another year hopefully! 5 stars.”

The staff was amazing big shoutout to one of the male staff didn’t get a name but on this day had a black tshirt on and a khaki hat was very helpful and informative 100% knew what he was talking about when it come to the stock even checked in the back for sizing for my partner couldn’t do enough for us definitely deserves some recognition. Also man on the till serving was fab too and delivered excellent customer service.”

I ordered on 22.04.25 and my sofa bed and kitchen dining were delivered on 25.04.25. Other shops have waiting times of 6-11 weeks. Had I not ordered my beds already I would have got them from here. Oodles of second hand furniture and the owner knows where all of it is! FREE DELIVERY in Stretford, only asked for a £5 tip for each of the two drivers, who were darling! I don’t live near a Lakeland so it was just easier to call and speak to someone about my hesitation on buying a high price item and enquiring what kind of guarantees Lakeland provide. “Came in yesterday at around 7 to grab some food and a quick drink with a friend, Keira on the bar was lovely, very friendly, chatty & pours a lovely pint! Despite having a queue at the bar she still managed to keep a smile on her face and give every guest the best & quickest service possible. She even told us about a great deal on the restaurants app for two for one on the cakes, which we used to get desserts for when we was finished! The food was amazing, we had a farm giant burger and a mixed grill. Wonderfully cooked and presented! Will definitely be returning here!”

“We needed a new kitchen as ours had been in since 1995 We saw Wren had offers on so made an appointment to get started. We had a few appointments to select the kitchen that we wanted also for the measuring up. We chose a lovely cashmere colour for the units which we are really pleased with. The fitter came and gave us an estate as to how much it would cost to fit it all again we were pleased with the estimate. The work took longer than expected due to 2 items which were damaged and we had to wait a week for replacements The replacements arrived on time but had to wait for the fitter to come back as he was doing another job. He did what he could but then he didn't have enough up stand so again we had to order some and that was another week. We are very pleased with the kitchen and all 6 new appliances and the flooring We would recommend Wren”

“All you can Eat Thia Restaurant located in the orient food court. Just over £20 per head, plenty of seating, there's a small service charge of 5 %. Our server was Toon who was lovely, excellent attentive service. Many thanks Toon for looking after us. Food was amazing very authentic various dishes, small salad bar and a good selection of sweets with a help yourself icecream machine. There is also a fully licensed bar serving traditional Thia beer. All in all very good value for money with excellent service in this relaxed Thia restraunt. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thiakhun.”
