“I had an issue with a Snug delivery and could not get in touch with them. Mandy at the Wilmslow store went out of her way to sort it out for me and I now have another date this week. She is so friendly and even though I have not bought anything from her shop did not hesitate to help me! I live in Stockport but if I did reside in the Wilmslow area I would go and thank her personally. Unfortunately I do not drive. She is a true professional and so kind and helpful.”

“This is without a doubt my favourite restaurant. So far, it is the only place I have found outside of Italy to serve fresh, authentic Italian foods. My partner is Italian, and hence a harsh critic. Casa Italia has won his approval and we both come here regularly. It is clear that the people posting negative reviews about frozen food have never eaten here. There is an open kitchen where you can watch the chef cooking delicious food, all from fresh ingredients. Service is attentive, the atmosphere welcoming, and the food exceptional. I would recommend anything on the menu. But for me, two stand out dishes are the polpette Di carne (beef meatballs with a cheese centre) and the formaggi fusi (a bubbling dish of melted Italian cheeses)”

“Such a lovely place. Wonderful food, volunteers, people and atmosphere. There is a nice store that sells nice wine, soaps, salt, jewellery, greeting cards including wooden greetings cards, chutney, tea, jams..and many more. For me, it's love at first sight.”

“Initially we had lot of apprehension about buying kitchen at Nolte, as we had not heard the name also had not got any friends who had installed it. All that was cleared once we went to Nolte, Wilmslow. Navid was our kitchen designer who helped from design, delivery and installation. He was really good, we had some hiccups as the building was not completed when the kitchen was delivered, Navid then arranged it to stored for us. There was some damages caused by delivery, Nolte were very kind to replace it and Paul, the fitter, came down on Saturday to fit the replacement. In whole Nolte worked as excellent team to deliver our beautiful kitchen!!!! Thanks to the team and special thanks to Navid and Paul.”

“We visited Baby Loves after seeing great recommendations a few months into our pregnancy and placed an order of the Bugaboo Donkey 5. The customer service throughout and since has been incredible from the owners taking their time to respond to emails whilst away on their honeymoon to being so accommodating with our girls being born early and having to reschedule things. We have been kept in contact with the whole process and all at Baby Loves have been so compassionate to our situation it’s made our journey that little bit easier. “Booked a slot this morning at Peloton in John Lewis Cheadle with Hannah to learn about the Peloton bike in more detail. Hannah was fantastic at explaining the bike and app and spending over an hour answering my questions. I never felt any pressure to purchase and left the store to think about it. I ended up walking back in half and hour later to order my bike. Exceptional customer service and support!”

He took the time to answer our questions, demonstrated the key functions of the new boiler and left the house spotless when the work was completed. Highly recommended.”

I’m really glad I came because Khuram (owner) was very attentive and took time out to find the items I needed. When I needed to exchange an item, he was really nice about it. “Since my review below, management have reached out to me and have confirmed their cutlery and crockery is recyclable hence I will add another star to my review. Many thanks for response. Very interesting place for breakfast or lunch in Cheadle. This cafe is definitely a positive addition to the Cheadle community - making it feel more like some of the cafes in Didsbury. It is very clean and had a nice friendly atmosphere. The manegment adhere to the Jewish community, hence this cafe is closed on a Saturday. You will find lots of nice things on the menu and everything is well presented and clean as stated above. The reason I can't give this more than the 4 stars, is based on the disposable plates, knifes and forks and coffee / tea cups. I imagine on a good day this Cafe must go through a lot of disposable waste. Not sure if any of this is recyclable (but I have no proof) so effectively this cafe could contribute to world pollution (perhaps comments from management will put me right on this issue). It would be good to have notices saying the cutlery , crockery is all recyclable as this would get another star from me. And lastly but not leastly there is only one Vegan option on the menu. As we all know Veganism is on the rise and it is always good to have more Vegan options on the menu. On the other hand for the Jewish community it isn't an essential - but for the public it might be. In conclusion I would recommend this place as it gives a fresh look to the Cheadle community and it is clean. Worth a visit if you are in Cheadle.”

“Great shopping experience with Running Bear. Ordered online but due to a technical problem the wrong shoes were sent. Matt sent a pre-paid returns label through straight away and held onto the correct pair until my order was returned. It makes such a difference when you can get through straight away and the problem is resolved in less than 5 minutes. Looking forward to shopping with them again.”
