“Visited today and was very impressed with the food quality, presentation, and flavor—it was outstanding! However, I’m giving it 4 stars because although the food was excellent, we had to ask for our drinks as they weren’t ready, which meant a bit of a wait. That said, the place had a lovely, cozy atmosphere overall.”

“Last minute booking to stay the night. I wanted good pub food, comfortable bedroom and great service whilst being able to watch the football. This is what I got. Jordan behind the bar offered great service, Emma and Beth served me my food and Keira checked me into the hotel and constantly was checking i was happy and asking if she could help. Excellent service throughout. Greene King have a great team here.”

“We can’t recommend Beech House Vets enough. When we had to use their emergency service, they literally saved our dog’s life. They kept us reassured with updates and even sent photos throughout the night. We truly don’t know what we would have done without them. The love, care, and compassion shown by every staff member to both the animals and their owners is unmatched. We’ve now officially registered both of our dogs with them and, while we hope never to need the emergency service again, we have peace of mind knowing they’re there if we do.”

“Attend the gym and classes on a regular basis. Equipment is more than adequate and people are always lovely. The staff even ‘rescued’ a couple of flasks I’d left in the football pitches and kept them until I was next it. Very much appreciated it.”

“The staff is polite and nice, I went for my 2nd ear piercing here and the lady who did it was nice too. It hurt a bit but i got over it quickly. I would reccomend for piercings but some of the products here is overpriced for me but i gave 5 stars because of the staff.”

“Delicious, fresh food! Popped in for lunch with a friend and we were both absolutely made up. The katsu, sushi and ramen were beautiful. We finished with some mochi ice cream for dessert, which was super tasty and nicely presented. The service was quick and friendly too. The new management has definitely made a difference, it’s a big improvement to what the food was like there previously. I’d be stopping by again for sure!”

“Visited here in a large group (20 people) for my daughters 16th, service, food etc was amazing staff couldn’t do enough and everything ran smoothly which is impressive when catering for such a large group and even some with dietary requirements etc. would definitely recommend and special shout out to Alison our waitress who looked after us from start to finish. “My husband and I shopped at The Baby Store for our specials one’s travel system after some online research about the products available. We would shop again ans recommend other new parents shop there not only for the product range available but specifically for the customer service, care and attention that we received from our initial speculative visit, to subsequent visits to make our decision and there after our delivery and support experience. We were initially greeted by the knowledgable Nikita who got to know us as a couple and our needs/preferences. She asked lots of targeted questions to help filter down her recommendations and give us top tips on what products would best meet our lifestyle needs. Highlighting features that would benefit us and our little one. We were then able to streamline our decisions (which can be overwhelming!) and choose a system that best suited us and our budget. Nikita wasn’t pushy or sales driven at all, it’s all about selecting the best products for our little one in an informative but still exciting way. Our little girl was born 06/09 and after a long stay in hospital, we were ready to head home and had a brain freeze on how to work one element of the car seat. We called TBS, and it was Nikita who was available to help and remind us of how to safely get baby home. Thank you TBS and Nikita for supporting us get ready for our little girl.”
