I was served by a gentleman called Dillion, he really understands his customers and was exemplary in which he held himself whilst attending to his customers, from observation he anticipated customers needs and was well presented, well spoken & polite. “Food was all lovely and fresh. I had the butter chicken Bombay bowl which was incredible and such a large portion I couldn’t finish it! My boyfriend had the mixed meat kebab and masala chips - he really enjoyed both, especially the chips. First time trying Chaiiwala and definitely won’t be our last visit.”

“Wagamama at The Trafford Centre is exactly what you expect, and that’s a compliment! The energy here is infectious—it’s busy, as is expected in such a massive and popular shopping centre, but the team handles it brilliantly. We experienced fast, efficient service despite the crowds, which is a testament to the staff and management. Most importantly, the food is, as always, amazing and consistently tasty. They deliver on their promise of fresh, delicious Asian-inspired food every time. If you need a reliable, quick, and satisfying meal while shopping, this is definitely the place to go. “Not my first review, but another stay of over a week at this hotel. Decent location, glad I'm not parking on the grounds though with a £3 daily fee, when it was free till recently. Staff terrific again. Special shout out to Bruce who was brilliant with our reservation, as well as Amar and Hannah, who are fantastic. Finally, we often get in very late and see Nathan, who does the graveyard shift, and is another terrific member of staff. All the best to everyone and see you again soon, I'm sure.”

From the moment we were seated, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Victoria’s positive attitude and genuine friendliness made our meal even more enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about her guests. “Had an amazing experience at Gourmet Burger Kitchen! Max was outstanding- very attentive and thoughtful. He guided us through the menu,and made sure our preferences were looked after throughout. We had the Smoky Clucker and Rocketman burgers—both packed with flavour and cooked perfectly. The Oreo Shake was easily the best we’ve ever had: thick, delicious, and great in quantity. The Onion Rings were unbelievably good (I’m definitely coming back for them!), and the Garlic Mayo tasted wonderfully authentic. The overall experience felt like fine dining, and the small touches like providing tap water made it even better. My girlfriend and I had a lovely time and left extremely satisfied. Highly recommend—great food, great service, great atmosphere!”

“Lovely early morning breakfast today, the cafe was busy already at 0920. The service was quick the food was served hot drinks were hot and the food was brought to the table. The restaurant was clean and the location was lovely. Christmas tree has been put up the Christmas feel is out , love it. Staff are lovely one even said is it too early for Christmas ? But what let them down was there was no soap in the loo’s! I went into two loo’s there was no soap first thing in the morning. It should have been replenished, if it had ran out. A replacement of a pump soap may be ? This is a let down!!! Restaurant has a lively atmosphere and the staff are pleasant. The decor is lovely.”
