I made a mistake and the manager Debbie sorted the issue with the help of New Look HO. After a long work trip away I decided I wanted to treat myself to a new top for the upcoming weekend away however I wasn’t in the right frame of mind to look! Gave Heidi a brief of what I wanted. 8 tops pulled of the racks within minutes, some taking me out my norm! Two tops purchased. Friendly service isn’t the right description for service at Heidi’s as I feel like it’s more than that; that Heidi and Julie are friends that know me well, know what I like while at the same time encouraging to try something different. Why spend ages walking around Lakes for new clothes when everything can be done in the comfort of Heidi’s.”

“The most beautiful setting to discuss all your jewellery needs. I popped in today with my lad and sat with Justin and had a great chat about my needs. As soon as you walk in you're greeted with a smiley chap and the smell of the deffusers/candles are to die for. Measures are rightly in place to combat Covid, door was open to let the clean air through, clear screen was up between Justin and myself, also hand sanitizer was available too.
