“It's a long overdue review, but I just wanted to say a massive thank you to New Look staff for being so friendly and helpful despite almost closing time! I cant remember the name of a lovely lady who helped me (she had dark hair and I think her name was indian!). Everyone in the store was super nice and I felt very welcomed although it was quite late.”

“Outside: Plenty of parking spaces with wheelchair accessible entrance into the store. Inside: plenty of room to move about, good fast computers since they where installed recently. Staff are very friendly and helpful and often makes you feel welcomed. The service is fast and reliable, and great amount of products to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“It was a very good experience for me. I had 3 new piercings done in my ears. The lady who did it was very kind and precise. She carefully planned where the holes would be. So that they would look as beautiful as possible. Although the shop was busy, she still took enough time for the process, coordinated everything with me and informed me about everything. “I’ve been shopping at Argos for over 40 years since I was a teenager and have seen many changes, many branches close and the amalgamation into Sainsbury’s stores, but, I still keep buying from Argos for one reason, and that is the customer service. In particular, and I’ve been meaning to provide this review for some time now, Argos Fairfield Park. The customer service that I’ve experienced from staff like Calum and his team including Zoya and Cyprian, has been exemplary. Yes, I could easily buy products online and sometimes get those items cheaper, but, if there’s any issues where I may need to speak to someone or even just gain some further assistance in making a decision as to which brand or model of an item to go for, it becomes more difficult, so, I have no problem with going into Argos Fairfield Park to speak to Calum about a product as he’ll always spend the time and patience to help me establish exactly what I’m looking for, and this is worth it for me. Calum and his team seem to be customer focused and will go that extra mile to ensure that I’m welcomed into the branch and demonstrate by their actions that I’m a valued customer. As such, I was compelled to write this review due to my positive experience, so, well done to Calum and the rest of the team, you’re all a credit to Argos, so please keep up the great work. I was advised to pop in and they would happily take a look. I did just that and a couple of hours later I had a pair of beautifully repaired ear rings! They were repaired on the spot, while I waited.
