Denise managed to put words on things / feelings we never managed to describe or identify, spotted the root cause of the issues we face in our couple life. Issues we always had since we started living together and got worse after having our second child. Denise is an expert in the field, she spotted the cause, the trigger and helped us to have the tools to fix the problem or prevent it from happening. The path is long but at least we know what is happening. I would genuinely recommend to see this group if it is not going well with your partner. There is no need to suffer in your couple. “I only joined this practice recently, I completed the online form for an appointment at 7.30, received a call at midday for an appointment that afternoon. This saves time on the phone unlike my old GP. Dr Islam was fantastic, I had a treatment in mind following a private consultation however he gave me a further option without the need for injections. I was referred to a physio who I saw two days later, I have been given exercises which I hope will be beneficial for the recovery. Overall a positive first experience.”

The doctor we saw was middle aged and blonde. She done her obs and was concerned for my daughter and even allowed us to take her water. Told us to go to a&e. My daughter ended up staying from Friday to Sunday night due to influenza a. I just wanted to feedback positively because usually it’s only negative we see and my daughter was unwell last year and it took multiple trips to be given an answer but in this case the doctor took my concerns seriously which possibly prevented a more serious situation so THANK YOU.”
