They put a new clutch in it and, all work completed, belts and water pump timing belt , it was valid, clean and tidy. My daughter was overjoyed with he new car, overall excellent experience. “TLC is a fantastic garage. In fact, its the best garage I have used in 40 years of using garages. It's No 1 in Norfolk according to the Honest John site and I go along with that. Where to start with their attributes? Well, the highest levels of technical expertise (Darren and Dan are master technicians) with an ability to work on prestige and less complex cars. Very good pricing, absolute honesty and integrity, they are car enthusiasts but also able to help customers out who have no knowledge of cars. “Absolutely astounding MOT and service. Never had an experience like it from any other garage with all the years I've been driving. Got a personalised video of the car and the main MOT points as well as what needed fixing and options to then click to authorise the repair. So easy and straightforward. Managed to work around my schedule and let me bring it in over an hour before it was scheduled in. As well as that, let me hire out a courtesy car despite not pre booking it. The ladies on the service reception were stars, so kind and helpful. To put the icing on the cake, came out and the car was clean !! Definitely recommend using the Car Shop Service Centre. I’ve been there only once and there was a very professional and friendly man called Michael who really helped me to find the car (used car) which matched my budget and helped me to be familiar with finance process and everything was done in 1 day.
