“I took Henry for his first appointment to have some fur matts removed and he had a follow up appointment a couple of weeks later. Cats at Home did a brilliant job and (so impressive) Henry was very calm and relaxed,, even after being bathed. I had expected him to be a bit traumatised by that but he was very calm, even grooming his paws himself in the cat basket on the way home. Cats at Home provide an excellent service - very happy to recommend.”

“This has everything a dog needs and more!! Took my boys for a long walk (hour around the fields). Well, sign posted and easy to follow. There is also a 20-minute walk. Enclosed fields for dogs to go off lead. You can hire a smaller enclosed field for your dogs to train recall or play with dogs safely. There is a swimming pool for dogs. An agility course. Grooming salon. Alpacas on site. Camp site. Finally, a perfect dog friendly cafe. They have a dog menu such as: roast dinner, pup cake, burgers, sausages, milk, and pawsecco. Then, a wide range of human meals. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Staff are always friendly. My dogs bark, but I never feel embarrassed.”

“Managed to get a cancellation booking for our cat Tiger! He’s only 10 months old and had never been to a cattery before, he’s also an indoor cat. However I needn’t have worried, Claire the owner reassured me that he’d be fine, and we could request updates to see how he was. He settled really well, and took it all in his stride! I highly recommend Aristocrats cattery, it really is a home from home. Thank you Claire.”

“About 8 months ago I purchased three guinea pigs from this friendly place. All of them were in excellent health and have grown into beautiful adults. Recently I purchased two more babies to introduce into the colony. Both were healthy and have added to the pleasure of keeping these delightful little animals. The cavies and rabbits were all kept in good conditions and well fed. I had a good look at all of them and all the animals were obviously very well cared for. The owner was friendly and helpful and obviously cared for all his stock. As a former breeder, show prize winner and judge of guinea pigs I would highly recommend this breeder to anyone.”

“I feel so fortunate to have this veterinary service within walking distance of my house. They are responsive and friendly and completely professional. Importantly, they have never proved a rip off. As someone on a low income who lives alone, it is almost prohibitively expensive to have a pet for company. This is sad because when you are alone, a pet friend is the most wonderful thing to have. When my dear cat, Barry, has got himself in a pickle they are always on hand. Some of his pickles have been expensive and this cannot be helped. But Miramar in Sheringham have supported me in keeping him healthy and when there are procedures that require more than one pair of hands such as applying flea treatment or, as today, clipping a matted dreadlock of fur from under the long haired beast’s armpit, they have assisted me simply as a gesture of goodwill. Miramar make having a pet companion possible for me and I am very grateful. Thank you so much to everyone at the practice xx”

“These guys are very good, and they're local as well. We now get our dog's food here after she had what we now know is a wheat allergy. We now buy a large bag of Cracks wheat free food and it's worked wonders. The shop staff are all very friendly and helpful. Something you don't get online shopping, or in large supermarkets.”

She has such a good rapport with him, and he always comes back relaxed and looking gorgeous. “We love Rowan House! I’m not going to say we are here often, monthly - but sometimes more. Rue (my dog) loves it here, she is treated like a VIP (VID? Very important dog!?) she knows all the staff, they greet her and give her cuddles and she smiles with excitement everytime we go! Honestly, the best vets we have ever been to! They give great service, they care, the staff is wonderful and honest, they treat us with kindness and respect. It’s not often that someone can say their dog enjoys going to the vet but she is excited to go, excited for the appointment and overall just loves to come here! I don’t blame her because I don’t mind taking her ☺️ If I could rate more than five stars I would.”
