“I used to dine in here a few years ago and had my first takeaway this week. WOW, I wish I had come back sooner. The ribs are to die for. Everything I had was delicious and full of flavour (Crispy Chili beef, Salt and Pepper Chicken) and at a very decent price too. I will be back more often now. This place is my new favourite!”

“The hot oil spicy noodles were the best I've ever had. Full of garlic and spices! Bouncy noodles. The young guy behind the counter was genuinely friendly, chatty and helpful. Also the added wonton to the noodles SLAPPED. The beef noodles had a very clean soup flavour, you can see the whole spices in the soup. Approved by a fellow Chinese person.”

“We went for our second time recently, a year after the first time. The first time was OK, but this time the food was really great and tasty. Both times were on a Saturday for a late lunch. We took quite a few yakitori, including the aubergine, which was so good we took another one. Also had a fried rice to carb load. Great food, very fast. Not overly friendly but efficient. Good choice of sake too.”

“Tried for the first time. They started doing a buffet option on Sunday only, which I tried. You still have the option of ordering from the main menu if you prefer. In my opinion, the buffet menu was really good value for the money £20 per person, To start with, They brought prawn crackers out with a sauce, while we waited for the starter, the starter came out on as a platter, which you can order more of, the mains you go up as much as you like, afterwards they offer a tea or a coffee on the house, I would highly recommend the food was delicious, constantly checking and filling the buffet station up, inside is stunning, drinks plenty of choice, the staff are very friendly too they can't do enough for you, I've got to say I will be returning again.”

“We always go here whenever we fancy a Chinese. Portions are very generous, crispy chilli beef stays crispy even when drowned in the sauce and salt and chilli Chips were coated with flavour. Coming from a Chinese takeaway kid myself this is one of the best takeaways in nottingham”

“Came all the way from Manchester to eat here again. Pizza is flavorful, chips are crunchy, doner meat is juicy, prices are great(10 quid for the doner calzone) and it's right by the train station. Very friendly staff, low wait times. Would recommend.”

“What a lovely evening with my family the service and the food was absolutely fantastic. Plus plus a great selection of drinks if you are not driving. I fully recommend don't eat all day if you are going as the selection of dishes is unbelievable, savory and sweet. the age range we took was 8yrs to 60yrs and they loved it. “We have been ordering from the Tak Yin at Bestwood Park for over 40 years. The food is consistently good, they always use fresh vegetables (rather than tinned or frozen that we've had elsewhere). They deliver too. I'd love to see more fish dishes on the menu, but the menu has remained the same for most of the time we've been going so I guess "if it ain't broke, it doesn't need fixing!" They will also not add MSG, if you ask, which is our preference.”
