“The staff at the Superdry Store in Plymouth are really lovely. I always have a really good experience when I go in - they are friendly and always helpful and take time to talk to you. I buy a lot of Superdry clothing because of the quality and feel, I shop online quite a lot, but return items in store. I have some health difficulties and have a sensory issue to noise which can make it difficult with background music. So I tend to shop when it is quieter in the shopping mall. When I returned an item yesterday the young lady who served me remembered who I was and turned the music down for me whilst she served me.... I was blown away by this, and so very grateful. She deserves a medal. It is not often that you come across a staff member who will remember and take this kind of initiative, without being asked, she is an asset to the store. I have no idea of her name but she was working on Wednesday 7th at about 5pm on the ground floor. Staff like this young lady are valuable to a store as they are promoting inclusivity which at the moment is very precious as there is a lot of exclusivity from large chains, due to the restrictions in place. The store is welcoming and friendly so thank you for being a big chain who are inclusive in this way! xxx”

“Was here having a look at round and UNCIVER POLICE SERGANT MICHEAL SHARPE MADE ME BREAK WIND OVER 15 TIMES whilst I was there eruing my shopping experience, didn't look at anything or purchase anything because of mental health was deterranting I was so embarrassed bit out of my control as told by the physiologist tiff at waters park house, there been no voices in my head for over a decade, I'm blaintally wired and jo better place to be then waters park house brain injury unit and rehabilitation centre, how long can this go on for been here over 2yeqrs want my own independent now. Life is fooe living not co -existing t waters park house, passing my life away. I'm Nadege atkins chosen one, failed her memory test and now I've got to live by her actions, however I was brought up actions led to consequences MY PROBLEM IS IT !!! ! I just want out of here made positive progress time to leave been here over 2 years”

“Been coming here for awhile now and their coffee is awesome. Main thing that made me like the place even more (15/9/25) was the fact that when we (me and my mum) went back to change our order because she had gotten the wrong one (I ordered her a hot chocolate.) they FULLY admitted to adding coffee to her said hot chocolate and in return gave her a drink for free AND a blueberry muffin free of charge and apologised profusely!! We were having troubles so begin with in the morning anyway as I had ordered online and never received points or the fact that the order had gone through yet it still took my money - but they made our drinks anyway without asking for another payment!! I’m very happy with all of this but they did not need to give me a muffin to apologise. Very glad they owed up to their mistakes. 100% recommend coming here :)”

“Boiler serviced. Timely clear communication with quickly scheduled site visit. I was away and had some questions about moving the boiler location. All questions were passed to the engineer and answered thoroughly. The advice given was satisfactory to my enquiries.”

“My Partner and I visited the store just under 3 weeks ago to look at engagement rings. From the moment we stepped into the store we were welcomed with friendly faces and warming words, followed by the most exceptional service from Carly, the store manager. Carly was incredibly professional, friendly, helpful, patient, bubbly in nature, just all round amazing with the service she provided us with (as well as making our 6 month old grin the whole time we were in the store). With the help of Carly’s extensive knowledge and expertise we found the most beautiful engagement ring which I cannot stop looking at. The quality is absolutely spectacular! I visited the store again today to double check the sizing of my ring was all ok following my Partner’s amazing proposal whilst Skiing on slopes and again Carly was second to none. It was wonderful to tell her all about our engagement and how much her help and devoted time played such a huge part in our wonderful engagement journey. I’m already looking forward to going back to choose our wedding bands! On top of this, Carly also helped me today with sending off a ring for refurbishment that I have had for many years. Nothing was too much trouble, which is very rare these days and I was very grateful for her staying beyond her working day to help me get it sorted. I would highly recommend visiting the store and certainly won’t be going anywhere else for future jewellery purchases. You can really tell that not only Carly, but all the staff within the store enjoy their jobs and truly care which is reflected in the unbelievable service they provide and the pure excitement that you feel as customers. “This is a nice cafe situated slightly out of the way on campus serving fresh, healthy food. The staff are friendly and the coffee is tasty. When the cafe is full to capacity it can get a little too noisy to hold a quiet conversation, but I'm sure that can be said about most places. If the Pizza is available, I'd highly recommend it.”
