“Highly recommend this vet practice! From the reception desk to the veterinary nurses to the actual vets, they are all so welcoming and understanding to your pets needs and you as an owner. My dog fli loves visiting the vets and gets a huge welcome by all the staff. She's a crazy, full of life collie, who loves people but not other four legged friends but they handle this brilliantly and has never caused an issue with her getting treatment. I have been with this vets for many years and will stay with them for many more years to come! I lost my Jack Russell last may, and the vets were so good throughout and after. This to me will always show to me how good they are. They even have a little picture of him up on the wall in the surgery, than makes me smile every time I see him there xx Huge thanks to all the staff there and I couldn't recommend them more!!”

“The vets are patient, understanding and extremely good at what they do - the nurses are first rate, and there's always a warm welcome at reception. Just be aware - generally booked times are often behind - expect 10/15 wait to be seen. That's not a bad thing - because if me or my pet need extra time during consult, we get it!”

“We've been using these guys for years, two dogs seeing their last moments here in the most sensitive & caring way possible. Our cat is now finishing up treatment for a nasty bite & the vet has been incredible. All the staff clearly adore animals & it's obvious the moment you walk in. At no point do you feel the suggested treatments are unnecessary or cynical & they always let you know what things will cost. Anything vet related is expensive for good reason but the bills here are incredibly reasonable, shockingly so. Just cannot fault this practice”

“A routine check found a large mass in my cat's abdomen. Tests done within days revealed it's location near a kidney but looking as if it might me removable. He's a 16yr-old otherwise healthy boy and vets (and insurers) agreed. Carlo, who did the surgery, was brilliant, explained the risks and we all thought Felix deserved the chance. Surgery turned out to be complex due to the lump having attached itself to the kidney, which couldn't be saved, but also in a very delicate area. However Felix came thru with flying colours, is coping incredibly well on one kidney and a renal diet and is a different cat now he's not got a 167g tumour draining him. My heartfelt thanks go to Carlo for a tremendous surgical job and also to all QH staff for their concern for Felix's comfort and welfare (and mine!). Long may he continue to flourish.”
