“Well what can I not say about this lovely little place. The atmosphere inside is just wonderful clean and tidy really nice artwork on the walls just a nice chilled place to enjoy your coffee and a bite to eat. The food oh my god the flavour is out of this world definitely recommend the toasty's with the toppers they are sooooo good. The coffee is absolutely incredible so fresh and it has so much depth if you need that caffeine hit definitely pop in The staff outstanding so helpful and so friendly they really made you feel welcome just like when you are visiting a long lost friend. Not to mention they are dog friendly! 10/10 will definitely be coming back!”

“I like my coffee, and being an espresso drinker, every element has to be done right. All About Grind does not disappoint. Serving high quality blends, they make the best espressos in town. The owner is passionate about coffee and sources his own beans for roasting. You can get blends and single origin beans to use at home . If you want to have good coffee or even want to talk coffee, this is the place to go to. Its attached to a very good crossfit gym and you can always sit and have a chat with a coffee in hand. The prices are reasonable which always helps. Having had coffee here for a while, I highly recommend trying it.”

“This guy knows his coffee! Don't be fooled into thinking because it is out of a back of a van that it won't be good. He has top-notch equipment and takes great care in preparing your coffee, and it's more than a fair price. Throw in the location and there is nothing not to like.. the weather maybe :-)”

“First time at Crumbs to take part in a Christmas wreath making workshop, which was fanastic. The workshop included a selection of minature Christmas food treats, mince pies, finger sandwiches etc. and of course the seasonal drink mulled wine, all of which were lovely, will definitely return for some lunch.”

Everything is delicious with an Italian flair: the coffee, the quality of the desserts, the seasoning of the food, and you can even find Italian products if that’s your thing. What we enjoy most is the good energy from the staff—they make us feel welcome and at home. They’re the kind of team that motivates you to come back; they remember your name, what you like and what you don’t. It’s clear they do everything with love and passion, and that’s always appreciated when receiving good service. They’re pet-friendly, organise activities with local artists, and you can also book them for important events like Christmas dinner. There are lovely details all around the place, and there are extra services that are much appreciated, like a place to hang your coat and self-service water. The atmosphere is visually pleasing, with photos and touches of Italy. They sell alcohol too :) after all, it’s a bar, hehe. We’re so happy to have places like this in Portsmouth.”

“Lovely little cosy place, we went on a cold day so decided to avoid sitting in the garden. The food was superb, quice is a must if you enjoy that kind of thing and the cake was very fresh, fluffy and light. Good selection of pastries and good service, music is mellow and not too loud. Most of the noise is the talking of others or the coffee machines.”

“I have been to this nice bistro with my wife. We took the mussels and fish and chips: plentiful and delicious! We also ordered ice cream at the end of the meal and fortunately they had the dairy-free option. The service was impeccable: everyone was very kind and helpful. In the end we even exchanged a chat about our origins (we are Italian...). Highly recommended!”

“Just found this amazing place. Only just down the road from me and with a few days off work realised it was so good! Nicest coffee I’ve ever had in Portsmouth and the staff are amazing. Even ended up buying some ground coffee to take home. The flat white and macchiato are perfect and the smells and atmosphere are superb. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place to get your coffee. Might have to start walking down at weekends with the dog - it’s dog friendly and always a friendly canine to say hello. Thank you!”

“Never been disappointed eating here or grabbing something on the go, prices are reasonable and the food is great. As you can see from the photo I couldn’t take a picture prior to consumption as it’s too good. The empty plates, every time speak for themselves.”

“Oh my goodness! I love this little independent coffee shop! The whole team are welcoming and lovely. The coffee is smooth and hits the spot, and the food is simply delish! My faves are their Tuna & Cheese Toasted Sandwich with the Blondie for pudding to go with my cappuccino. There’s lots of yummy treats to choose from and their hot chocolate is PROPER hot chocolate. Definitely recommend.”

“Simpli FAB pastries and great coffee. The quality of the pain au raison I had, reminded me of the best French pastries. Freshly made, high quality and light not the stodge long life stuff you find or cheap wholesale versions. Great coffee too. 3 small tables outside if you're lucky enough to grab one and sit enjoying life in the sun.”

“Really lovely coffee spot! Jack’s super friendly and the staff have always been very welcoming. Had a slice of The humming bird cake and a hot chocolate and it’s always super fresh! This has become my favourite coffee place to grab a fix in Hertfordshire :) Would always recommend to others!”

“Situated within the grounds of Portchester Castle, which is well worth visiting. This is a lovely tea room operated by volunteers who are fabulous. There is an excellent selection of sandwiches, hot & cold drinks,meals & cakes.. I had a cracking bacon sandwich , followed by a cream tea. Can't be beaten!!”

Extremely tasty all cooked to perfection and top quality ingredients also such a great portion size And Lovely FRESH juice. The Staff are superb so friendly and happy and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The whole premises is EXCEPTIONALLY clean I dropped something and noticed the floor is spotless. “I was given a good hint by a friend that this was the best coffee around...and they wasn't wrong! Met Steve, big smile, and the man, with a van, that most definitely can make a stunning coffee! Well, I ended up staying for a second, and noticed that he knew everyone's names, great atmosphere sat on the benchs chatting and laughing with complete strangers as if we had known each other for years. I had the flat white, with oat milk, super creamy tasting and damn, he has obviously found some good coffee beans! I seriously can't recommend a visit if you're passing enough, I can't wait to return!”
