Always greeted with a smile on drop off and collection and MOT is always done promptly with a text confirming I can collect. Simon also went out of his way to tell me I get a discount for working locally. “I was absolutely blown away by the incredible service I received today. I had an issue with my car (caused by another garage) and they spent the day finding the source of the problem, advised me to go back to the source of the issue (when they could have charged me to fix the problem themselves) and they even offered to take a look at it after it’s fixed to make sure it’s okay. They also checked my oil, and advised me in a way that wasn’t patronising, and really showed so much care that I was in disbelief. “I was so lucky to have been recommended C&V by my kitchen fitter who also has a Vauxhall after another garage has supposedly fixed my water leak but hadn’t and I wasn’t happy about returning. Andy was a pleasure to deal with and also let me a courtesy car at the last minute. They fixed my leak but over the weekend it developed another leak, first thing Monday Andy invite me back that day, another courtesy car and found I had a faulty cap, quickly replaced that at no further cost and no problems since. Excellent service all round. I shall continue to use C&V with confidence.”

Ashley always has a smile and is extremely knowledgeable Work is always carried out honestly, without fuss and the pricing is great. Highly recommended. Not just for mot's but all your garage work. They're also right next to a tyre centre that they kindly liase with when needed to save customers running about. Also well placed close to two supermarkets, charity shops, a florist, DIY shop, library, cafe's and other amenities so plenty to do if you're waiting. Brilliant service all round. “Excellent service. Called MOT City on Monday morning after an engine light came on and the car kept going into limp mode. Although they said their earliest availability to diagnose would be Tuesday, they were flexible with when I could drop the car off. Dropped car off Monday afternoon, and they ended up diagnosing the same day. After a potential fix unfortunately didn't work and the issue returned, Sean insisted I bring the car back so they could diagnose again free of charge. Again they were very flexible with timing, and didn't charge me anything for the second visit. Friendly and helpful receptionists, and honest mechanics who gave excellent advice.”
