“Such a reliable, friendly trustworthy garage. I have had my servicing completed by this garage for the last few years and I recently had a problem whereby a warning light came on my car telling me my engine had overheated. The RAC took me to Lower Early MOTs, they had my car for two days and checked everything thoroughly and didn’t find anything wrong. Not only that, they didn’t charge me a penny for this. I’m pleased to say the car has been fine ever since so it was a blip. It’s rare to find a garage that you can completely trust and I highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Visited this garage this morning after hearing strange noises from my Mini Cooper. Frustratingly the noise couldn’t be replicated at the garage but the mechanics and front of house guys were all super friendly and helpful and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting anyone’s time. “I rang up to get my car booked in for a service and MOT (expecting like most service centres to have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment). Glenn was extremely helpful and accommodating and let me pick any day that suited me (that week!). I ended up having to change the day due to work commitments and this was no bother. Unlike other service centres (who seemed to want to do everything under the sun for a minor service), Glenn and the team said they would take a look at the car, plug it in, and only do the work that needed doing and were 100% open and honest about this - and although I have no idea what definitely needed doing, I took their advice and I felt confident in the knowledge that Glenn and the team were being truthful and honest. I picked the car up that evening (nice and clean which was a bonus) and was pleasantly surprised by the cost for both the service and the MOT. I can say that the customer service was great, the cost was fantastic and actually less than I had expected, and whilst I don't know any of the technical details regarding the parts or what was actually done, I did feel very pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend to others and will be revisiting in the future.”

“What an excellent service. My granddaughter had a puncture on Friday evening and in attempting to remove the locking wheel nut it broke. With the help of her boyfriend and friends she managed to get some air into the tyre to get it home. On Saturday morning I rang Mr Clutch and the very helpful gentleman that answered the phone said he could help and for her to bring it in. She did so and they replaced the wheel nuts and tyre for a very reasonable price and she was able to pick it back up on Saturday afternoon. I was so appreciative as we were unable to help as we were away for the weekend. We previously had a new clutch fitted to my wife’s Audi by them and my father in law wouldn’t go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend.”

“Picked my car up as scheduled on the morning of my MOT/Service (Friday). They kept me updated during the day regarding advisories (brake pad/discs). They unfortunately couldn't return my car on the same day as the MOT/Service but did however return my car promptly this morning and again kept me informed. “My Range Rover Sport developed a fault while it was next door at Elite Wheels & Tyres. The guys at Elite took the car to Rovertune who immediately ran a diagnostic and reset the offending module. Their level of service was astounding and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. It took around an hour to complete, before they solved the issue. My keys were then handed back to me and absolutely no charges were made. Really great service and will use them in the future for my servicing requirements and any other little ‘faults’ that LR vehicles seem to have!!”

“Quick and really easy to book online for my MOT with a discount for signing up for their motoring club. Dropped off the keys, they said come back in an hour so I went to the Dunelm opposite to have breakfast in the café and a mooch around while I waited. Car was ready to go with no issues an hour later. I like that they give you a time frame and everybody I (briefly) encountered seemed very friendly. I will come back next year.”
