“Recently I went to Motor Parts in Didcot to purchase car maintenance products for my vehicle. I was made welcome & offered fabulous advice by the sales staff, especially Jay & Aden. Jay was very keen that I should buy better quality products. He also divulged that they were slightly expensive. I am glad that I agreed & bought these. Wynn for injectors & Back to Black for Tyres. I highly recommend both products. Point to note is that professional business etiquette offered by the Motor Parts staff hence I recommend it with a 5 star rating. Thank you.”

“Such a reliable, friendly trustworthy garage. I have had my servicing completed by this garage for the last few years and I recently had a problem whereby a warning light came on my car telling me my engine had overheated. The RAC took me to Lower Early MOTs, they had my car for two days and checked everything thoroughly and didn’t find anything wrong. Not only that, they didn’t charge me a penny for this. I’m pleased to say the car has been fine ever since so it was a blip. It’s rare to find a garage that you can completely trust and I highly recommend them to anyone.”

There was a bonus of a discount, and I could pay monthly or upfront! Even booked 2027 MOT & Major Service, with the monthly payments starting July 2926!! They were so helpful and friendly! “Simon the Bike Manager, was absolutely fantastic, kind and enthusiastic. He helped our son choose the bike he wanted. He suggested lots of accessories and then fitted them for all us. He made sure we had the right bike lock and well fitting helmet and safety front and back lights along with a mud guard and a water bottle holder. He also made suggestions for future accessories of changing the pedals and grips to nice colours. He was non stop working being asked questions by colleagues and other customers but we did not feel rushed or pressured and he was just a lovely friend hard working guy. Our son was absolutely delighted with his new Carrera bike and the outstanding service we got from Simon will not be forgotten. 10* treatment. Thank you so much.”

“Visited this garage this morning after hearing strange noises from my Mini Cooper. Frustratingly the noise couldn’t be replicated at the garage but the mechanics and front of house guys were all super friendly and helpful and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting anyone’s time. Big shout out to ‘Mister G’ too who went above and beyond to build customer rapport. Would definitely recommend this garage.”

“Halfords replaced my headlight bulbs at the start of the year and I was gutted when they went again. I popped back into Halfords Bracknell on my way home to get them fixed. They told me that there was a 1 year warranty and I was entitled to a free replacement. They said the extra bright bulbs I had fitted originally may be the issue for the short life span, and offered long life bulbs as a replacement fitted for free. The guys I spoke to were friendly, helpful and highly competent. Within minutes I was on the road with lights working and singing their phrases. Don't worry about spending a fortune at main dealers, get yourself down to Halfords, Bracknell.”

“I rang up to get my car booked in for a service and MOT (expecting like most service centres to have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment). Glenn was extremely helpful and accommodating and let me pick any day that suited me (that week!). I ended up having to change the day due to work commitments and this was no bother. Unlike other service centres (who seemed to want to do everything under the sun for a minor service), Glenn and the team said they would take a look at the car, plug it in, and only do the work that needed doing and were 100% open and honest about this - and although I have no idea what definitely needed doing, I took their advice and I felt confident in the knowledge that Glenn and the team were being truthful and honest. I picked the car up that evening (nice and clean which was a bonus) and was pleasantly surprised by the cost for both the service and the MOT. I can say that the customer service was great, the cost was fantastic and actually less than I had expected, and whilst I don't know any of the technical details regarding the parts or what was actually done, I did feel very pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend to others and will be revisiting in the future.”

“What an excellent service. My granddaughter had a puncture on Friday evening and in attempting to remove the locking wheel nut it broke. With the help of her boyfriend and friends she managed to get some air into the tyre to get it home. On Saturday morning I rang Mr Clutch and the very helpful gentleman that answered the phone said he could help and for her to bring it in. She did so and they replaced the wheel nuts and tyre for a very reasonable price and she was able to pick it back up on Saturday afternoon. I was so appreciative as we were unable to help as we were away for the weekend. We previously had a new clutch fitted to my wife’s Audi by them and my father in law wouldn’t go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend.”
