Jill is invested in a positive outcome and has been using touch and massage on my joint areas to stimulate and maximise my movement as well as home exercises. I’m really impressed so far with Jill’s vast knowledge and her understanding of not just the physical side of my accident and injury but also the emotional scarring that the accident has left me with. Jill has given me hope and that really matters when you feel you are left with limitations post an accident. I enjoy our sessions and can already see a difference after just a few weeks. I’m now optimistic that with Jill’s help, I can really make a difference and feel totally supported on my journey. Jill helps you see your progress too so post sessions you can review photos or a short video. I’d love others in a similar position to give Jill a call as having someone invested in you is key post a serious injury when you can feel isolated and alone.
