“We contacted Dee after 2 years of struggle with our baby girl who just wouldn’t sleep for more than 4 hours a stretch. We were exhausted , worried and clueless on how to get her to sleep through the night. Her sleep schedule was impacting her whole day and eating pattern as well which wasn’t ideal. I had zero confidence in doing the “cry it out method” since i find it extreme. Dee came through with a plan and made the most gentle transition for us. I can happily say that my baby sleeps on her own, in her bedroom and for 10-11 hours straight. No less than a miracle. I do have to say that it was very very hard.I have cried with exhaustion and felt like giving up many times . It was two months of struggle but Dee’s method works! She kept tweaking the routine to suit our needs. If anyone is planning to get help for sleep training, do not look further . Coffee is available for visitors, but only via a vending machine. Takes some finding if not familiar with the area, as it is in a residential area, with small local roads.”

The entire team was absolutely amazing and made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease, especially as it was my first time undergoing surgery. I can’t recall the name of my nurse, but I believe it was Nicole—she was so kind and reassuring, staying with me in the theatre area until the anaesthetist arrived. Her presence really helped calm my nerves. Dr. Graham, the anaesthetist, and Dr. Ali, the surgeon, were also both very friendly and professional. They made me feel confident that I was in safe hands. If I ever require surgery again, I would definitely choose to have it here.”

“A long, long time ago, a family member stayed here, I was 3 years old and that was 36 years ago. He loved it that much that he stayed for a good 20 years. I don’t know how he afforded it because he had no income. I think they provided him the accommodation for free and even gave him a job there which he got paid for. He was given his own room which had everything he needed. They gave him pills which gave him the best nights sleep ever. Something happened to him here because he’d often be like a zombie but he was ok with it, because everybody else was too, he didn’t feel judged at all. I’ve heard that he’s changed his surname and wrote a lot of poetry books which we told everyone he published. I’ve heard He also chases his friends around the corridors on his unicorn and talks very fondly about his neighbours. However I have heard that a lot of them think they have connections with Jesus Christ and the devil. But that is ok, because Jesus always needed a unicorn so it was a perfect situation. I wish I could rate this more than 5 stars because everything they have given him has been above satisfactory. Free food, accommodation, friends for life and a rise in self confidence because he was never judged. What more could anybody ask for. I did try to book a room but they wouldn’t let me stay at the time as they said they needed a referral from my next of kin. They are still waiting for my family members unicorn to contact them. Can’t wait to get the opportunity to stay here though and write this review from a guests point of view.”
