“From starter to dessert, every portion was bigger than expected and the price was reasonable. The taste is delicious and I can safely say that my craving for seafood and pasta was completely satiated. They also have house specials that are not on the menu like the seafood risotto. The service was warm and friendly. They have limited open hours but it's def worth it to go. Also the garden is covered and they have heaters and blankets so you can go even on a rainy day.”

The food we made (vegan red Thai curry) was delicious and Pet did a fantastic job explaining how to cook everything well and to each person's individual tastes. The mocktails we had were delicious. “I really like the venue and the staff were very friendly even though they were short staffed on the day. We were a big group, but the employees served us swiftly and our food and drinks were delivered freshly made. Would have eaten breakfast here every day had they been open. Scrambled egg with cheese in a bun was a new concept for me, but it was delicious and filling. Will definitely visit again next time I’m in the area.”

As a Pole, I am incredibly proud and impressed at the quality of food and service here. It genuinely felt like I had just walked into a restaurant in my home town. My partner was also very happy with everything and loved the food as her first experience of proper Polish cuisine. Would highly recommend the Timberman Desk for anyone looking to get a good taste of Slavic cuisine. Will definitely be visiting this amazing restaurant again!”
