I was in a real dilemna how exactly a replacement boiler could be nicely boxed in and also wanted to create and maximise storage space in our much neglected utility room. I could have saved weeks of proscastinating if I'd popped in earlier! Great service from start to finish in design, achieving the best price, fit and after sales service. Honestly the most slick experience imaginable, very difficult to find these days!”

“Huge thank you to the Manager (Alec I think his name is) in helping me return 3 radiators today (19th July). Had a cowboy plumber who ordered the wrong radiators and disappeared and was stuck with 3 incorrect radiators. He helped in getting these returned with ease and was sympathetic to my situation. Also helped me carry new radiators to the car. Great customer service, an asset to the company.”

There are two wonderful women (a brunette and a redhead—unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names) who went above and beyond to help me transform a challenging, long-shaped living room in my new build into a warm and cozy space. They guided me in choosing the perfect colors, accessories, and furniture placement to create zones and add warmth. The difference is incredible! Of course, I also picked up some beautiful Neptune pieces—the quality and craftsmanship are second to none. This is one of the only furniture brands that truly lives up to its promise: providing the best, most sustainable furniture that lasts a lifetime. The service at this store makes it well worth the extra drive—highly recommend!”

“My Howdens door handle had broken. Taking it apart it was a simple broken spring. Brought the handle here to talk to Howdens staff about it. Staff located a new handle pack that fits exactly from elsewhere in the uk. Next day delivered it to this store for picking up. I’m very happy. Previously I had almost given up the search for an exact replacement elsewhere, until I remembered I had originally bought them from Howdens and gave them a try.”

“Great place to visit to see and purchase quality, although expensive products. Access is clear, parking not good for disabled persons, no visible disabled persons area. The place is very clean and tidy. Special thanks to Vicky from IT who saw my wife struggling along the path to the outlet centre. Vicky left her desk and came out to greet us and escort us to the outlet centre, which is upstairs. There is a lift, which was made available. The actual shop area is beautifully laid out, clean and tidy. We were greeted by Ash, who was very helpful and provided excellent customer service, and helped us out the shop. Our experience of this place is excellent. Nice saving to be had as well. Worth a visit.”

Young gentleman: Ben and his colleague made sure that they helped me find the right sized lock to replace an old one that I had gone in search of. He was extremely helpful, patient and polite throughout the long search. When we returned to see if they had round door latch, the service was good too”
